Our 4 year old daughter needed her front tooth extracted due to a previous injury. Our daughter is sensitive so I was very careful in finding the best option for her. Dr. Amir was excellent. She ensured that extraction was the right choice, she explained everything really well! Our daughter got her tooth extracted and didnt even cry once! Definitely would recommend Dr. Amir. The staff I spoke with at Toddlers to Teens all seemed great as well. Thanks!

We have loved going to Dr Dobbs since the kids were little! My son is almost 12 and even though we could have our teeth done at home (this clinic is a 5 hour drive for us!) he would prefer the drive than stay home! The new office is a bonus as well! We love it here!

First time here today and we were very happy. The staff were able to keep my kiddo calm and comfortable and they did thorough check up and cleaning. We also were referred to the sleep clinic for a consult for the health start program. That is yet to come, but I really appreciate their focus on prevention of future dental issues as opposed to just acting later. We will refer family and friends here. Thanks so much!

My daughter has been coming to see Dr McManus for 12 years, since she was a little baby and we’ve always been very happy with his care and that of the hygienists and staff. The staff were amazing. Initially greeting my little 4 year old son who was there to get some work done. The OR nurse had to do some assessments before he had work done, and she was wonderful and spoke at a 4 year olds level. She could sense both of our anxiety and spoke really calmy and told him things like how the oxygen monitor was measuring the magic in him, etc which helped ease his anxieties. She is a lovely lovely lady. The recovery nurse was also a very sweet personable lady. All staff were fantastic and the nurse/ dentist/ anesthesiologist all met with us individually and explained their part of the procedure, and again I LOVED that they directed information to my son first, and in a language he could understand. Very pleased with how it went from start to finish!

The front desk staff have always been upbeat, friendly and understanding. My son is 4.5 years old and went in last week to have a procedure. Berlin was our nurse and she was very friendly and put him (and me!) at ease. Dr. McManus explained what was going to happen and spoke to my son using age-appropriate language and was patient with him. I recommend Toddlers to Teens and Dr. McManus.

i went here and the dentist told me i had 4 cavities and 2 seals. which i thought was crazy because my teeth are always great. i had a bad feeling about this, and i didn’t want to risk it because it was over 1,200. i went to another dentist and they said i have no cavities and my teeth are healthy. i don’t recommend this dentist at all. never going to this dentist again. check with another dentist before getting the fillings if you need.

To say I’m upset is a severe understatement. Our daughter was referred by our dentist here to have a quick procedure done. Instead, they said they couldn’t do the procedure for a couple of years and then said she needed a retainer that was well into the thousands. I had to sit through an hour and a half of what I can only describe as an infomercial. I double checked with my dentist and this isn’t the case. In fact, he was shocked. Not only is the procedure he referred her for a simple one, it can be done on babies. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion elsewhere with this company.

Staff is always so friendly! Wait time is short. Super clean, and play structure is so fun for the kids! Dental hygienists and dentists are great with the kids and explain everything that’s going on or needs to be done thouroughly to me, and answer all my questions! Couldn’t recommend this children’s dental office enough!! The sleep centre is great as well. 2 of my 3 kids had major sleep problems that their doctor and I couldn’t quite figure out. Since they started their mouth guards they sleep amazing! I’m beyond relieved that it was so easy to figure out and fix!

I couldn't ask for anything more for the support of my daughter and my family through this process. The experience that we had will be shared. The next morning my daughter even wanted to go back. Don't look anywhere else, this is the place to go!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. McManus and his staff. I had taken my two boys to two other children dentist office and had very bad experiences. As SOON as we met with Dr. McManus he was so kind and caring and helped me understand why things were so bad for my kids and their teeth. Hes SOOOOO good with my nervous kids, they’ve had to go through a couple of “intense” appointments and the office has been nothing but WONDERFUL with helping my kids through some of the anxiety! The staff is wonderful to deal with, the facility is great! We’ve gone from my kids being traumatized of the dentist (from past experiences) to now looking forward to the appointments even if “work” needs to be done! I really mean that!!

This dental office is not your average one! Play area for the kids, quick check ups and cleanings and amazing staff!! Dr Amir is one of the most compassionate and caring person I’ve met. She manages children’s anxiety so well and even the parent’s. Chelsea our hygentist or dental assistant (sorry not sure of her actual title) is freaking amazing! She is fun, bubbly and very caring as well. The only downside to the clinic is the time frame to get in as they book up fast ( a good problem to have as this means that We are not the only ones who like it here) I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Amir and Chelsea. Thank you so much for helping us make this easier for us and our kids.

Brought my son here & was attended by Dr. McManus. He snap at my son when he couldn’t go through my son’s teeth, at 1 point he threathed my son that made my son so upset. The dental assistant looks suprised this doctor behave in front of my son. Dr. Mcmanus even throw his dental tools out of frustration when my son keeps on screaming. This was the very first dental clinic ive been too & I was surprised. That was March this year & my son is still traumatize and told me over and over again that this dentist is so mean to him. Never again!

Google reviews, not something i normally revert to but i have no other way of express my son's pleasant experience today. At 4 yr's old having a pediatric root canal is nerve racking. I like the location and the dentists. I have had a few bad experiences with their booking receptionist, Monica. She is condescending every time we speak and I cant help but think its because I'm status covered. She calls to confirm the appointment twice and on vmail says if i dont return her call to confirm again she'll give my appointment away. I did call. then my dad booked holidays to come to town and visit, right when surgery was scheduled so i called right away to reschedule it and she talks to me like a stupid child for changing my kids surgery appointment. saying next time to call when i get the letter, even after i finished explaining i just found out. anyways I'd give 5 stars if it wasnt for the poor front desk service because the dentist is good with my son.

I took my daughter here to get her teeth checked, and they were quoting $1450 to get her cavities filled. I went to get a second opinion and found out she did not need fillings. DO NOT GO HERE!!! get a quote from someone else before getting their teeth done.

I’ve been going to Toddlers to Teens Dental since I was 3 years old and I can honestly say that it’s one of the best dental clinics for children in Winnipeg, the hygienist are so incredibly nice and Dr. Mel McManus is amazing at his job, he is just so committed and passionate about his work and has helped me and so many other children. They are all very helpful when it comes to financial matters and are always there to answer your questions. As a patient of 12-13 years I can without a doubt say that I would recommend anyone and everyone to Toddlers to Teens Dental.

My daughter was so anxious to go in for a cleaning. The hygienist she had was wonderful.....apart from doing a great job she managed to calm my daughters nerves and by the end of the appointment she had her smiling and chatting. When we came back for a consultation again the dental assistant and Dr. McManus were great..... there were surprisingly no nerves and just big smiles. Thanks for helping her feel at ease ... you guys ROCK!!

They will tell you over the phone that it won’t cost you anything or cost little to nothing than after your appointment they will tell you that you owe them and won’t care if they leave you stranded in the city with no way of getting home when you live out of town and because of the restrictions due to COVID-19 we can stay at anyone’s house, I would definitely give negative stars if possible and avoid them at all costs

Took my daughter tonight to the dentist. She always is scared and all worked up with anxiety when ever we go. Well tonight we had Borjana look after us and she was truly amazing. She was so patient with my daughter loving and caring. She talked my daughter through everything and took away all her fears. Borjana thank you!!! You took away all her fears and made her a raving fan. She is looking forward to seeing you next time.

Our child lost his first tooth by his first birthday and continued to lose his top 4 and bottom 4 teeth by the time he was 4 years old. We were eventually referred to a geneticist where we finally received a diagnosis. If only we had come to Dr. McManus first as he recognized the problem immediately.

Takes the time to explain and doesn't rush you out! The awesome play structure in the waiting room is also a huge bonus for my kids! One of my girls also sees Dr. Wong for the healthy start program and I can't rave enough about her AND the program! I would highly recommend Toddlers to Teens. My daughter has been seeing Dr. McManus since she was two and we were recently advised she had 2 cavaties that required fillings. We came back a couple weeks later to have the fillings done and as nervous as I was, Dr. McManus and his assistant were so great with my daughter taking the time to explain in "kid terms" the process that was going to happen and the tools that were going to be used. My daughter was completely relaxed and the fillings were done in no time. They definitely are so great with kids and making them feel comfortable.

I highly recommend this place for your kids. Very kind and calm dentist and staff. Better if you have good insurance coverage. All the little added extras like the TV's and video games to distract the kids add to the bill.

My kids have seen Dr McManus at toddlers to teens in wpg for years. Last appointment he said my oldest had 6 cavities and needed 7 seals ($2000 total), youngest had 4 cavities ($700). He also tried to tell me the youngest had kids sleep apnea and would need a mouthguard ($3000) that his orthodontist wife conveniently sells. I overheard him tell 2 other parents the same while we waited. This tipped me off that he might not be the best dentist, and have a conflict of interest in his work. I took them to a dentist in Morden and he took new xrays (for free) and said my oldest had 3 cavities (650$) and the youngest had none!! My faith in toddlers to teens is completely obliterated.

My kids (3,4,6) love this place and the super sweet dental hygienists that work so well with all age kids. Dr McManus is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We’re currently starting the sleep centre program due to thumb sucking and feel really good about the recommendations and info about everything.
