Dr. Cranston is great love her, she is amazing with my son. But trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare. They need more People to answer the phones, 90% of the time all you get is a busy signal.

There's no parking really available. The doctor is okay but they're policies are silly and they don't to do reminders but have 3 or 4 receptionists sitting around.

Our doctor was Matthew Lazar. We were very happy with the way he treated our kids and gave very professional advice. I would defently recommend him and very sorry I can't use his services anymore.

This review is for Dr. Martinez as he is an exceptional doctor. Yes, it is very hard to see him but he is simply the best.

The only good thing about this place is the doctors. We see two different ones and they're amazing. Really amazing. The issues are that it is impossible to actually reach anyone that works there. The phones are always busy. When you do finally reach someone, the front desk staff is short to the point of rude. On top of that, the parking is beyond terrible. They have only a few spots that aren't reserved and they are always full.

My son had seen Dr. Martinez for about 10 years. He hadn't been to see him in a couple years. He is 17 going to turn 18 in about 6 months. When I tried to make an appointment for my son to see the doctor, I was told no Dr. Martinez will not see him anymore. They said he was to close to 18 and hadn't been in for over a year. I was pretty disappointed to hear that, so I asked if they would make a referral for a new family doctor for my son. They said no call DR. Finder and that was the all they would say. My son has special needs and I thought Dr.Martinez would be more willing to help us transition to a suitable Doctor for my son. They just DIDNT CARE at all. So we tried Dr Finder and 2 months later I'm still struggling to find an appropriate place for him to go. A couple Doctors have declined because of his unique needs, I was eventually told to contact an Access center and finally had some success. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of care and assistance provided by this Doctor. So just a warning to anybody who is thinking about taking their kids to see Dr. Martinez. He might seem like he cares and is wants the best for your child, but I think that my story shows how how little they care for the wellbeing of their patients. After talking to a few other Doctors I found out that many Pediatricians see their patients until they are 18 sometimes even months after. Well I guess maybe the good ones provide that level of service. Don't expect that if you take your children to Dr. Martinez.

Dr. Cranston is a good Dr.; though her bedside manner is lacking. The reception staff can be quite rude on the phone, all I can say is good luck, stay sharp, God bless.

Really confusing to rate this clinic. My kids and myself love Dr Meghan Cranston, she is a great doctor and wonderful with the kids. BUT the service from the reception is terrible! For example: You cannot reach them by phone, the call waiting times are very long and in most of the cases it will be just a busy signal. This is surprising because when you come there, you see a bunch of people working there, not one or two. You can call at 9:15am and the clinic is still closed (as per their voice message) when the operation hours are from 9am. Very disappointing for a clinic with such great doctors.

My doctor faxed a referral and over 9 days have gone by with no phone call. They never answer the phone. I left 2 messages and still no call back. I went to visit office today after waiting 2 days for call back and the office manager MJ was horrible to me. She admitted they had refferal and received messages from me and my mother. She said she called my doctors office to tell them they are not accepting new customers but I or my mother couldn’t get a call back. She had no empathy for the long wait, she showed no fault towards the horrible lack of service I have received. She said she asked 4 doctors if they were accepting new patients and was waiting for 2 more doctors to get back from “vacation” to ask them and then she will call my doctors office. I had to ask her 4-5 times why I couldn’t have gotten a call back and can get a call back directly from her. I had to ask another 4-5 times when she would call me back. I’m new to Winnipeg and this is the first pediatrics I’ve been reffered to and I’m so amazed how rude she was for her to be the manager. My next step is to file a complaint.

I am giving this review only because of my last visit to the clinic and only because of one doctor (Matthew Lazar). How I had to see becouse of my amazing doctor (Meghan Cranston). Was not around that time. I had some concerns about my kid’s health, and Dr. Matthew was annoyed by my questions. Overall experience wasn’t good. If am so greatful to have Dr. Meghan as my kids doctor.

Dr Martinez is a great doctor only if you book appointments months in advance. His office staff does not let you book with him if your child is sick and they tell you to take them to the walk in or to emeegency. What is the point of having a doctor if you can not book a appointments when needed? Plus his receptionist is the rudest person. They hardly answer the phone and when they do, they have a major attitude problem. Dr. Martinez is over booked and does not meet his patients needs.

Called the office and someone answered "hello" didn't tell me their name or name of the business I was calling. I asked if I was calling the right place and if they were taking new patients and he said they were all booked up. I don't know what that means are you booked up for the day or forever..... can't be very good doctors if they don't know how to answer phones. I would recommend you get new staff. If your a new patient just look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble

All the drs are amazing dr javallana , dr Meghan , dr Martinez . Always listen to your concerns and answer all questions. Dr lazar is pathetic thou. Disrespectful and thinks that parents are idiot when ask any question. Receptionists are all not very professional, rude sometimes and never answer phones. Parking used to be good but now it’s hard to find a spot.

Dr Grimes is one of the best pediatricians. She is thorough and its very good at explaining why we use/change certain approaches to my son's care. So great to have her for both of my children one of which has a disability. If your book at a decent time there is alot of parking. When busy you have to call a 2nd time but this is not all for very many doctors offices

I'm so lucky my children are seeing Dr.Lazar. He is so knowledgeable and he really cares. My kids love seeing him. Always makes me feel better as a parent. Great doctors office and always clean. Receptionist staff is always kind and helpful as well. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I can always get them on the phone. Great pediatrician office all together!

I don't get the reviews here at this clinic. I have never had a single issue for the past 20 years here. All my 6 kids are so happy with Dr. Grimes. Most of them are all grown up now and I have 2 more left. I think I saw all of the doctors here already when Dr. Grimes is away. They are not taking on new patients anymore because they have so many kids & teens in their practice. Believe me I know. All of the doctors are great and especially the 3 front staffs! Phones are hard to get through most of the times but you just need to try 2 or 3 times. Other than that I just want to thank this clinic for the past 20 years of our life.
