Hard to give an opinion when nobody answers the phone and you cant leave a message. The internet says they are open as does the answering machine. Another site says they are only open on thursday. Very frustrating.

Dr Vincent and his staff and both rude and unreliable. Follow up for test results don't happen and receptionist is useless. My 92 year old father had been seeing Dr Vincent and his quality of life was greatly affected by the lack of care. I guess when you are that age, you don't matter to this physicians. I honestly would not take my dog to him for the "joke of a phycial" that he does.

This place is horrible, bad receptionist. You can't walk-in even though it's literally empty, they can't fit you in until late afternoon. Tried to call to make an appointment and during the call she cut me off 3 times to say they need to put my on hold to answer "the other line". The doctor doesn't arrive on time either, and the receptionist has no contact or idea when the doctor would be in, she said "hopefully soon". This place is a joke.

Dr.St.Vincent is by far the best Family Doctor I have seen. He listens and takes the time to help. The receptionist is so friendly and she is always smiling. Definitely a delight to visit there office!

Clinic is very dirty and cluttered. Clinic staff don't seem to have the same training as other clinics in the area.

I have never had a problem here. The Dr has always been great. I've never had to wait for long. The previous review about the receptionist is way off base. She is the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. I've been coming here for years but not very often and she always remembers my name regardless of how long it's been since my last visit so I don't even have to take out my ID/medical card. The review must of been on a temp or something while the actual receptionist was on vacation or possibly on the other receptionist when the office used to be shared with another Dr who is no longer there.

the receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful, she swore at my kid. This lady is atrocious to interact with and i will never be coming back to this establishment. do yourself a favour and don’t bother.

Friendly staff have always been accommodated and helpful. Dr. St . Vincent has always been a great doctor.

Receptionist is rude, does not do her job even when asked to nicely. The doctor is more rude than the receptionist. I've been there a number of times unfortunately due to time restraints leaving me no other choice. I wouldn't send anyone to that clinic...unless I hated them.
