Dr. Shaker is an amazingly caring family physician. She always takes her time and hears your concerns. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and is great at getting lab results and diagnostics done in a timely manner. There's almost never a wait to see her and easy to get an appointment or see her walk in.

Dr.Shaker is amazing but everytime I’ve been here, I had to wait atleast 1-2 hours in the check-up room itself. I have called in advance everytime asking about the wait-time and it is no where close to that when I reach there (within 2 minutes of calling and checking up). I would appreciate if they tell this in advance because it’s a massive waste of time.

So went there at 8 because that’s when they said they opened online. There not actually open at 8 because they don’t start taking clients till 9. So waiting and hour sucks. So I left after waiting 45 minutes for no reason. To come back 1 hour later to be told we aren’t taking more clients till after lunch and there were 5 people in the waiting room. So if they can’t get through 5 patients in almost 3 hours. I recommend going anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shakers for several years now. I have always felt comfortable, respected and treated with dignity. While creating a plan for your treatment and well being, Dr. Shaker also includes me in the plan so that I maintain a say in my care. Being the first in my family to become a patient of Dr. Shaker, I have since recommended her to several other people, including my family, all of whom are now patients of hers. Awesome Dr. with amazing staff up front to greet you, two thumbs up!

Dr Dhaker is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I ever met. Many years ago she saved my finger by sewing it back on a spot ???? instead of sending to emergency as most of the doctors would do in same situation. I wish she will be closer to Bridgewater area, but have no problem to drive all the way to see our favorite doctor!

Worst customer service in the entire world by the front desk staff … especially the man which sits on the front desk … he doesn’t even know how to talk to customers, very rude person. And its not one time he talked rudely. Its 3 times on a row. Didn’t really want to change the doctor since Dr. Shaker is very nice and experienced as well as the pharmacist. However, will have to look for a different doctor now starting today. Please don’t go there and waste your time unless are ok to be treated rudely and wait 2-3 hours.

My husband has been there 3 times and me once. Dr. Shaker is amazing . I don't know how she works like that from early morning till evening. She is quick and seems to be omnipotent. The pharmacy is also fantastic ! We got our prescriptions in under 10 minutes . Our usual pharmacy either takes hours or even days . He was also very polite . There was a girl at the front desk she was nice ,but the man at the front desk was not a very nice guy. He told us we had a 2 - 2 1/2 hour wait . We said okay as I was in a great deal of pain and did not want to leave. We were sitting right near the front desk and everybody that came in was subsequently told it was a long want ,maybe an hour. When we got called in , [I have very good hearing ] he said my husband's name in a very low voice and only once. He was rude and dismissive towards us. I do hope Dr. Shaker takes him to task ; we did not deserve his animosity. I would give this place 5 or more but for that man .If you need a good doctor Dr. Shaker knows her stuff and the pharmacist was excellent . Ignore that nasty man . This establishment has no ramps for handicapped people , the space for handicap parking is the same size as the regular spots and is further away from the door and no wheelchairs available either .

Called at 2 and made an appointment for 5. Showed up and waited 2 hours for them to call me to the counter and tell me they can’t help. Staff were rude and unprofessional as can be. Didn’t care at all for wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend this foul place to anyone. Bathroom toilet paper was out, smelled like urine that hasn’t been cleaned in days. Accepting patients to the point people were sitting 6 ft apart. Save your time and go see a real clinic not the bottom of the barrel scum.

I needed a xray and blood work to be booked due to Bronchitis or pneumonia. Turns out it was pneumonia they sent me away and they canceled my appointment. Due to a cough even know 2 covid test came back negative. Which forced me to go to the hospital where there was lots of covid traces. I'd recommend not going here if your feeling a tad ill.

Sat there for over an hour waiting. The doctor started helping patients after me when I had an appointment and was waiting. I recommend booking 1 hours before the time you want otherwise it’ll mess up your entire day schedule as they are normally late. I would understand if it was 30 mins but OVER one whole hour. Seems like they forgot I was even here. So ridiculous

I came in to see Dr. Shaker the other day and Im so glad I did! She took great care of me and I feel so much better already. In the 3 yrs Dr Shaker has taken very good care of both of us from prescribing the correct medication to referring us to the best doctors. Doctor is very good she knows what she’s doing however their appointments are the worst they give you an appointment and they make you sit for 2 hours plus even thoue you have an appointment they never answere the phone the recitation girl is extremely rude I am sure there way better places in the city I don’t Recommend this place until they get more organized
