I’ve been to this clinic many times since it opened, and each time it’s a great experience. The receptionist is very nice, and Dr. Basta delivers great care. He is attentive and respectful. I always feel like I’m not being rushed, and that he spends as much time as I need him for that visit. He also is personable, but the visits are efficient and effective so I feel that my time is well used. Best part: If you show up in the first 2 hours, you usually get in and out within 30 minutes or so. That’s fast for a walk-in clinic. Being in Superstore, you can also do some shopping and come back to your place in line. Highly recommended clinic.

Went in and the receptionist was nothing but rude.. The doctor didnt even prescribe me anything to actually help my pain.. And when i went in the next day to talk about how the meds he gave me werent helping he left before i got in and his receptionist couldnt even call back to tell me he left

The walk in was fairly quick for showing up at noon. The receptionist and the doctor were really nice and gave great service! However they only take cash as they have no debit machine. That was the only inconvenience. Will be coming back.

Doesn't care about patients. Rushes you out the door. Has a temper too. These good reviews are insane.Told me i have allergy. I don't. Sends me to the wrong specialist.Tells me not to climb a ladder cause the drug for pain he gave causes grogginess. He can see i am in a wheelchair. Very rude and dumb.

The hours are 8:30am till 6:00pm, but they don't take anyone in after 4:00pm, what it the point of saying open till 6:00 no one in the waitin g room yet not for working people....

Very fast, very kind, very helpful. I tried going to a quick care in selkirk... was told by my family drs. Receptionist they accept walk ins. I live 2 hours away from the city and i am pleased to say the woman here was very kind as apposed to the woman who turned me away with total rudeness in selkirk. This place will likely see me again if i ever need to see someone right away, and if my dr. Is unavailable again.

Good and caring, wish he was my family dr. I go to him anytime Ive had issues getting to see my own doctor. He is pleasant and helpful even when he has to help me with work forms while my own family Dr complains about filling any forms for me. Dr Basta is professional and takes the time to listen to his patients.

I've been recommended time off work, and required an assessment, and some forms filled out, but he waved off the idea, dismissed my therapists recommendation, and essentially routed me towards medication as the only potential solution besides "dealing with my problems". I understand where he's coming from, but it seems like an outdated take on mental health, and really only made me feel worse afterwards. It was an otherwise neutral experience with a miserable ending.

Pretty sure this is the walk in and clinic on Mcphillips, I thought his name was doctor bake but my ears are bad, probably doctor basta. he is the east indian guy. Well, i went for a walk in, the place was super clean, very friendly people, no wait time, and a pretty good doc. He cares and listens to you. good for a gp if he is accepting patients. My referal was done with his help! Very knowleadgeable guy. Recocommend 'em.

Dr. Ayman Basta is a excellent doctor! He cares about his patients, listens to you, and cares!! Has always given me a proper quick diagnosis and my mother and aunt also see him and they are very happy to have him as a soctor as well!! All 3 of us rate Dr. Basta as 5 stars!!!
