Not friendly to children I went there with my 2 years old daughter to get the flu shot. My daughter needed the diaper table to change diaper, so I asked the nurse there. She was very cold and told me there was no changing table there that I needed to take my daughter to our vehicle to change the diaper. I just thought they should have these basic facility as a community medical center. One diaper table is just a board on the wall of the bathroom. It wouldn’t cost so much money, but it will let parents with children so much easier instead of taking their children to the car outside to change diaper under -30 degree.

First off. Free parking. Second, bright, modern, roomy space. Third, friendly staff. My second Pfizer dose was so timely and I felt like the operation was very smooth. What more can you ask for?

Our family doctor transferred to this new clinic on October 1, 2021. We decided that we would follow her there as patients since she's been a great doctor for us. I've been trying to contact and call this clinic now for 3 weeks and I've also left 5 voice mails on different days trying to make a 12 month appointment for my son. He's due for his 12 month check up and vaccines by the end of October. Still no call back. Very disappointed with this clinic for not answering calls, at the last clinic our family doctor was at they always answered their phones and would call back on the same day if I left a voice mail.

I called this clinic several times for asking Covid-19 vaccines for kids. My English is not so good to understand when they are available so I need to double confirm some information. Unfortunately, the staff was not happy to repeat those information that she said that. She was just want to deliver simple information to me but she should understand that if I receive that or not. Thanks, please be patient for your client or potential client.

Keep changing my appointment without informing me. I arrived on time for my appointment today, and they informed me that it had been rescheduled for May ( after 6 months). Nobody informed me that my appointment had been cancelled I showed up for nothing today. The worst clinic I've ever been to. NO communication with the clients.

Dr Gil is shady and unprofessional He asked My mother to use his pharmacy as they ate nice people and they give medicine for free He has no right to say that and I will report him to the college

Went to the Kenaston location today with child in tow after school to get vaccination at walk in at 4:05 pm to be told that we missed the cut off for walk-ins which were scheduled to be finished by 4:30. None of this information is on the website. Defeats the advantage of offering walk-in service. Disappointed to have wasted the time. - Was not for covid vaccination.

We had a wonderful experience at the clinic. The staff was kind and our appointment was right on time. The clinic is brand new and has some neat design features. I would recommend it to anyone.

Was told by Jennifer the receptionist for the last two months, that my client was transferred to Terry Szajkowski, yet when my client's pharmacy requested her prescription renewal, it was ignored. Called the office today, a day after verifying that Terry was her doctor, only to find that my client has been rejected by Dr. Terry and he refuses to renew the prescriptions. Now have to find my client a new doctor. No apologies. Totally unprofessional.

I just received my second Covid 19 vaccine at this clinic and it was very smooth from start to finish. The staff are extremely busy and clearly working long hours during this pandemic but they were friendly, polite and inviting when I arrived. It did not go unnoticed. Thanks very much, hopefully we can all put our feet up soon!

I went to Medigroup yesterday for my covid shot and having nothing but great things to say! The clinic is very nice and modern, and the staff were all so kind. My doctor was very comforting when I told her my fear of needles and took the time to fully explain the vaccine and the possible reactions I might experience. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!
