The only reason why I never changed my health care provider even after the move from their downtown clinic to Henderson is Dr. Venditti and the clinic’s Receptionist Kristen. Always professional, absolutely amazing.

I’ve entered your clinic three times now, your receptionist is incredibly unprofessional and never fails to express her lack of people skills each and EVERY TIME! If you’re looking for person centered care - this is not the place to go. The last time I walked in the receptionist couldn’t even be bothered to lift her head up from her cellphone which was sitting open on her desk to greet me. I explained my situation to her as she glared at me from the top of her glasses as if I had disturbed her or was keeping her from doing something more important.. I informed her that I previously had covid, and have been cleared to return to work. She proceeded to tell me the doctor would call me (without actually taking my information) and kicked me out of the clinic!!! I’m a health care worker, working on a covid unit, front lines during this pandemic who’s given up all her freedom for the safety of my loved ones and the public- as well as risking my life every day for the people of my country. Not only have I had my income frozen, my benefits removed, but the few times I step out of my house this is the treatment I get? If you’re reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself and your behaviour. If your boss is reading this- they probably already know how WONDERFUL and BRIGHT your personality is.. I honestly have to question if they even want patients in their clinic?

I just recently started seeing Dr. Kemeni and I love her! She makes me feel very comfortable and safe, and she's not judgmental at all. She's proactive about my health, which all doctors should be. I feel very supported here. The pharmacist is very nice too, he always gives me some candy lol

This is Clinic so just one star but this place don’t even deserve it. So unprofessional. Receptionist doesn’t have manners how to treat with patients. -10 out of 10

I have been seeing Dr. Kemeni for approx. 10 years and she is the most professional, understanding and caring doctor I have seen in my lifetime. I have seen 20 plus doctors. I would recommend Dr. Kemeni and the Henderson Medical Centre. The staff are all professionals

I had to find a new Dr because mine is retiring. I made an appointment with Dr Marie Kemeni, first visit was on June 9th. I felt very comfortable with her, she is very thorough and I very happy that she is my new Dr. Brenda Colquhoun
