I'm not sure why this location is getting so much hate, my front desk lady was very pleasant and the doctor was the best walk in doctor I've ever had. Not to mention I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Prices are competitive. Lentils and legumes are expensive compared to Walmart. Rest all as per me, are at par. Might find difficult to locate things as finding a staff is a big task.

If you have a choice to go anywhere you want id suggest not going here.It feels like your bothering them when u ask questions and you never really get any anwsers.Always in a rush to get you in and out as fast as they can.

Ummm yeah crappy walk in...doctor was treating me for an apparent std that didnt exsist only to find out from another doctor i have cervical dysplasia and required surgery....then another time there a doctor told me I had miscarried my baby and to "just accept it"..had to go to yet another clinic to be told i was definetley pregnant....horrible walk in.I'll never ever be going there again. When they first opened I was waiting for my son to be seen for an ear infection and a lady there who was very ill(you could tell) collapsed at the desk and was convulsing,the receptionist freaked out and didnt know what to do(you work in a medical clinic how could you not?)..just left the lady there on the floor until myself and and another person helped this poor woman...and all the receptionist kept saying was what do i do what do i do....serves me right for getting mis diagnosed twice.Should never have gone there to begin with.

Short wait time, but the receptionists were rude and sitting there swearing. The DR I saw was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was stupid. I was miscarrying and he said "just go home. Wasting my time you can't do anything" he frowned at me when I told him what I was concerned about. Please, go to a different clinic. I now know I'll wait to see my family dr. Will never ever Step foot in that clinic again

Doctor Nyhof.... watch out for that guy. i wouldn't even consider him a doctor but that just my personal opinion. SHORT WAIT TIME. but doctors and receptionist are very rude and unprofessional. i had visited that clinic once a year and its my 3rd time in 3 years but all experience are the same. it haven't change one bit.... go to Regent superstore! unless you really really have to then i go to this place.... but if you can just wait til the next day then i suggest you do so.

Horrible service. Front desk assistant was very rude and impolite. She told me on the phone prior to waking in they it was only be 45 mins. 2 hours later she finally got me in then I waiting for another half hour in the room for the doctor. The doctor was very nice and polite and gave great advice and help to what I had come in for. But over all I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to do a walk in here.

This clinic is understaffed for its short Saturday hours. There is false advertising in multiple places about the flu shot line being separate from the clinic line. And the front desk staff were not pleasant. Wait times on the phone are also extremely long - over 20 min.

I went in not feeling well and complaining of a pain in my side. The doctor told me that it was just a stomach bug and the pain was just a pulled muscle from being sick. A week later the pain was worse and I was still sick so I went to the hospital and it turns out my appendix had exploded and I had a massive infection in my abdomen and I needed massive amounts of antibiotics and major surgery. I was in the hospital for 25 days because this “doctor” didn’t think it might be my appendix when I was in pain right where my appendix was!!

Got here at 8:50 Am on a Friday Morning. Doc doesn't even walk in the doors until 9:45am. This place is ridiculous for wait times. If its 9:00 Am - 8Pm hours the Doctors should be here At 9:00 AM !

I want to give you a zero but that isn’t possible, so I give you a one. I came in thinking I was just gonna get some antibiotics for an infection but the doctor sent me for an X-ray instead. Guess what X-ray came back fine because in another doctors words it’s “an obvious infection”. I haven’t been to medical school but somehow I knew I had an infection and needed antibiotics better then the doctor. Instead of helping me he just prolonged my suffering.

This Pharmacy is unorganized unprofessional when they make a mistake they talk to you like its your error. Extreme pain medication was asked if it could wait for a few days. Really???? Can you suffer with a migrain for 3 more days we are a little behind..

Was not very good at all. My 3 year old son and I waited for almost 3 hours and he was coughing up a lung. The girls didn't even ask how he was doing or if he needed anything. We had to leave and didn't end up seeing the doctor as my son was too sick to wait any longer. We went to the hospital the next day and he had croup...

The hours of operation on google maps were incorrect and the staff were not helpful or friendly at all. Will not be coming back again. Best to avoid this place.

Great doctor. Always a sunny disposition and usually in and out within half hour. The staff are also very kind and sweet. Guess it helps not being a a complete Jerk, as it sounds like the other reviewers ate exactly that.

I'm giving it a 5 star+. Its close to home, never had bad experiences. Yes sometimes the waits are long but so is any medical office's. Receptionist have always been nice to me. Instead of complaining give a smile, ask about their day! Life is to short and full of haters, and complainers. If you dont like it there then dont go. Find an alternative solution. Simple. ❤

It was a pretty short wait time but, one of the receptionists was just so rude, the doctor was able to figure out what was wrong but he just didn't care. Didn't explain anything to me just gave me the prescription, that was all. He was already out the door as I was trying to ask him a question.

The male doctor has always been very nice and quick with treatment. Yesterday I waited an hour and 20 minutes to see the female doctor who did NOTHING. And made me feel so belittled. She said "I went to school for this. You don't know what you need" for what I asked her for... she then pulled up a slideshow to PROVE to me that she was right. I left bawling.. And worried that something was wrong with me. The only good members on staff other than the male doctor is the receptionist jen and the man who works in the lab. She's the only one who actually talked to me and calmed me down and had a smile on her face. Thebother receptionists always seem so angry when I arrive. So thank you Jen for being there for me yesterday and always having a bright voice on the phone!

The doctor, Mufasa, was very unprofessional, and didn't even look at why I was there. He seemed impatient to get me out so he could get the next patient in and it wasn't even that busy. I would recommend against going here unless you have no other options.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Reception is ALWAYS rude especially when they see my Service Dog and they never seem to be open or accepting walk-in patients. Even at 530 when they don’t close till 8! 10/10 DO NOT recommend this place. I’ve been here four times to try and see a doctor and each time I am greeted with rudeness and “Sorry we are not accepting walk in patients” once was with a dog bit that I ended up having to go to the EMERGANCY ROOM just to see someone because of this clinic refusing to see me. Save yourself the stress and trouble and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go here!

Waited a damn while my first time going. And I went again arrived half an hour before closing and they closed.. I was in so much pain and all of a sudden they choose to close early that day when online and the sign on the door said the regular time. Very upset. And wa sin desperate need to see a doc. Mise well go to a hospital and wait forever.

Wish I could give zero stars for today's visit. 'Doctor' fumbled with his electronic thermometer pushing buttons and looking at it strangely - finally took a 'quik' reading of my 6 year and said he doesn't have a fever. His instructions were 'give him Tylenol'. I went home, did another reading and he DID have a fever. I booked with our regular family doctor on other side of the city and he immediately diagnosed a fever with likely strep throat (took a swab) and that he has bronchitus developing. He gave us a prescription. That was our 2nd visit. The 1st time, doctor mis-diagnosed an eye infection as 'just a virus, don't worry about it'. Ended up needing a anti-biotic eye drop to treat a serious eye infection. If the doctor reads this, you seeem like a nice and kind person, maybe don't use electronic thermometers if you don't know how? Good old mercury thermometers work just fine, maybe you would've got a proper reading? I will try out again if I really am in a jam, but if I have another bad experience I won't go again.

Roll the dice to see if you get Dr Nyhoff. If you do might as well leave right then. Went in for strep throat he seemed like he was annoyed that I would self diagnose so then it was like his mission to prove me wrong. Told me I had nothing throat didn’t even look bad wouldn’t send text to lab which is standard. Went to a different clinic, had a great doctor. She did a proper swab guess what ? Positive for strep. This guy I honestly don’t know why he’s a doctor. Afterwards found out extended family has had even worse experiences with this guy.

Just went to get anti biotic for tonsil infection. Doctor was no willing to help me and denied me treatment just because I didn't want to get a covid test and wait days for a result to potentially get a high fever. I am fully vaccinated. She didn't even want to see my vaccine ID. All she had to say was good for you. Denying health care. Fantastic. Hope you get fired.

Wow. Dr H knows her stuff. I owe her at the very least one red rose for every year of my miserable allergy-riddled life. I can Breathe. The medication takes some time to work fully but after only one pill . . . What a difference! Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

Very unprofessional the doctor talks to his patients with the doors open and you can hear the conversations from the room you are sitting in waiting for him. Had an infection in my lungs and fever. He said he cannot prescribe antibiotics to help me and I could seek another opinion. I went to another doctor and he prescribed antibiotics to me and said that lungs are a very big concern and we don't treat them lightly. The doctors in this place are on a revolving door and are not very good. Go to any other walk-in clinic besides this one to get proper attention to your ailments. You wonder where they got there degree.

It's hit and miss at this place. Because of the doctor rotation, you never know who you'll get. I usually have great experiences, but sometimes I get doctors that I wonder if they are actually doctors. They are just in a rush to get you back out the door. I've always found the reception to be friendly and professional.

Terrible Doctor. May be not even a doctor. I went to walk in and saw Dr. Olungona or whatever her name is. I had an issue and she told me to take advil. i asked her what it was, what was the issue and she was quiet...like dead awkward silence. then i asked her myself could it be this or that and she is like no it's not that. Then i asked what should i do? she said just rest and take advil. I was like what the hell is she doing. is she even a doctor or the desk staff was seeing patients. Just before me a lady went in there and literally came out in 2 mins and i over heard her talking to her friend that she was told by the doctor to take vitamin E and she left shaking her head. I wish if there was an option for less than a star. Star doesn't even exist in this feedback.

The reception was excellent, they even called me back 2 days later to tell me I left something there. Unfortunately the male doctor was a judgemental awful man. Who didn't care about my issues and suggested easy fixes and told me to go to my regular doctor. The superstore on regent had better doctors.

Went in with sinus pain and was told 3 times how I am overweight I am and need to lose weight. Thank you doctor... I realize I am fat.. more looking for a solution to my pain. Another time a different doctor felt the need to lecture me on why I was no longer breast feeding, and the benefits my son was now losing. My mom had gone in and seen yet another doctor with red bumps on her side and was asked if she was a dirty person (twice) and told it looked like bed bug bites... It was in fact shingles. The receptionist are rude and sit on Facebook (which you can clearly see from sitting in room 1) and the doctors show up whenever they want. I have gone teitw for 9am when they open and the doctor have strolled in 15-20 minutes late. This place is a giant waste of time.

After going threw abdominal pain for 2 weeks I decided that I needed to get myself checked out. Doctor Nyhof at this location told me it was viral and to wait 2 days, I did and it still has not gone away, then returned to get a prescription for a sinus infection and told that was viral as well. This doctor obviously does not Care and is shoving off patients.

Attended last week. Walk- in status. Waited 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. Very brief visit that resulted in need for prescription. Don't like the poor service from Superstore Pharmacy, so requested a fax to our pharmacy. The receptionist was very obliging.

Called ahead to see wait times and if accepting and open for the day (some days they are closed or not accepting so I call ahead) the ladies at the front were nice and the wait was a bit longer than I thought but it's a walk in! Sometimes you may need to wait, even with appointments, but doctors are busy helping the patientthey are with... and some cases may need a but more time than anticipated. Great doctor though! Made me laugh!

Maybe you guys could get your act together and update your hours of operation. Website says hours open until 730 on Wednesdays and when I got there at 530 it was closed and sign on door said closed at 500. Complete waste of my time and gas.

This doctor knew exactly what was wrong with my ear he tried his best to fix it and with out success gave me proper instructions to loosen and to come back in 3 days. He gave me medication for my nose that any other walk in would have prescribed and had me pay for. Quick friendly service.

So I come there on a Friday at 520 (they close at 6) to see a doctor and I've been told the doctor has gone for theday. So I decided to go on Sunday, I show up at 1110 ( they open at 11) and they're closed. Waited for 20 more mintires and went home Came on a Friday at 4pm to see a doctor office is closed . Sign says they close at 5pm so again . Have to look for a different location Stay away

Very nice receptionists! If i can give the older male doctor a ( 0 ) I would. Went in very sick for few days now did everything i could over the counter medication lots of fluids and rest went in to desperately get relief as wasnt getting any better. The older male doctor asked ( me) if i had a fever!! Well i dont know ...you tell me doctor. Then right right after examined me, plopped on his chair and right away asks if i had coverage tells me just the flu, then just suggests i need an inhailer. Thats it! He did not give me anything else after telling him my body so run down and looking so pale, and body pain. As being so sick, I wasnt thinking that I left without the prescription. I called the receptionist first thing to ( pick up the prescription sheet ) Then she tells me that THE DOCTOR DIDNT PUT THAT I NEEDED IT IN HIS NOTES!! unreal .... She then says im sorry, you need to make another appt. I will never go there ever again.

Wrong diagnosis in the first place, then when I insisted he look again as something was in my foot, he removed ‘part’ of it, then bandaged it up. why didn’t he remove the rest? why leave part of it in my foot? Never again! Next time I go right to hospital! 5 hours later! pain is unbelievable! Cannot walk at all! Must go to Concordia Hospital tomorrow......maybe tonight if it does not improve! Bad Doctor! Never again!
