I was in for new glasses and comtacts two weeks ago and was never told i need a second appt for my contacts... I went to pick them up today and was sent away empty handed so not only am i still without contacts two weeks later, i got NOTHING for wasting more than an hour of my time and driving all the way down there.

The staff are thorough. efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Dr Encarnacao is such a wonderful person. My mother is hearing impaired and Dr Encarnacao made sure that she heard and understood everything, and made sure my mom felt comfortable through the whole appointment. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to see Dr. Reinhorn today for the first time after reading the reviews here as I was due for an eye appointment. I was very impressed by him. He was extremely thorough compared to the other optometrists I've seen. He's definitely old school which is something I wanted. He was very professional, the receptionist was very pleasant, and then after my appointment he told me that they sold glasses. I then went into the room with glasses and the lady who helped me started picking frames after I told her what style of glasses I was after. She actually knew what size were appropriate for me and guided me through the process of picking frames like no other store has. And the prices were so good I was blown away for brand name frames such as guess. I didn't even bother shopping around and picked out a frame and am looking forward to picking up my new glasses. 5 stars all around from value to service. Dr Reinhorn is my new optomitrist and I will be recommending him to friends and family

My wife, girls and myself all see Dr. Reinhorn and love him. Very though, dedicated and helpful. A bit old fashioned and a funny guy, but I'll never go anywhere else.
