I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jonathan Gilmore who is the best family doctor I've ever had. Does not just want to give you meds and send you on your way but takes the time to listen and ask you questions so he can asses the whole situation. Has always given me referrals upon request and genuinely cares about his patients. As for the front desk Kenora is accommodating, caring and kind. Clinic looks like a dive at first glance but they do receive a lot of traffic.
This place deserves no stars. They are all incompetent. They don't act professional in the least. Dr Koko is a joke of a doctor. Passing the buck is their favorite game. So if this place is the only place open, do yourself a favor if it's an emergency go to the hospital. If it can wait til you find a real doctor then wait.
I am so glad a friend recommended I try this clinic on early 2019! The doctors she was recommending had full patient lists but I tried seeing Dr. Koko for a walk in meet and greet. I was immediately impressed and instantly switched when she confirmed she would accept me as a patient. I have been her patient since then and I am so grateful for that!! She is so patient, understanding and caring!!! Not to mention she and I have actual conversations about my health instead of her just telling me what I need to do without hearing how I feel! I even thanked her for that saying of course that I can easily be wrong since I'm not a doctor but it's nice to at least be heard and when it's reasonable medically to think my ideas could work, they are given a chance!!! The world NEEDS more doctors like her!!! I've also heard good things about Dr. Osagie, but I've only seen her once briefly for a new doctors note when Dr. Koko was sick. I did get a good impression from her too though. I do find myself waiting a long time there sometimes (or at least before Covid hit) but I went in expecting that could happen. And to see Dr. Koko it's worth it because of her approach and how I never feel rushed to leave!!
The woman at the front desk in INCREDIBLY rude. First of all, it's so dead silent in the place you could hear a pin drop. Which means, we, the patients, can hear every paper crinkle, pen tap and chair shuffle behind the desk. She clearly hates her job. The way she treats people on the phone is SO disrespectful and condescending, not to mention the audible UGH when she hangs up. It's disgusting. I don't know her name, or want to know her name but she was working on the morning of july 10th 2021. Do the math.
Good drs, poorly trained receptionist, if they answer the phone before you call 911 your lucky, rude and poor telephone manners. Good luck, too bad as the drs. are excellent.

My doctor practices here so the wait is never that long for me. Compared to other places the walk-in time is reasonable if you get in early.
Would not suggest. On 3 separate occasions they did not have the vaccines that I had my daughter booked in for. I'm glad I called this time. They said they did not have her 6 month vaccine in, so I asked when they would have it. They said they did not know and would call me when they know. Needless to say it's called a 6 month vaccine for a reason.... she needs it at 6 months. I cancelled my appt and have booked with a doctor elsewhere. We will not be coming back to this clinic. The doctor was ok but nothing worth deal with this inconvenience for.

The sign when you enter says to wait behind the blue line. I did that. Was not acknowledged for minutes. Oh well, off I go then. It's possible the staff here provide quality medical care. Didn't have a chance to experience it though.

Must hurt to pick up a phone, can't even call my family doctor, its 2pm and I called at 1pm lunch break doesn't last that long should hire new people who know how to pick up a phone and be nice.
The women that run Eaton Place are extremely rude and unprofessional. You can hear them complaining about everything. They used to have a few professionals but they were not respected and left. I do not recommend this place. Lazy, rude front desk staff.
I can never be seen same day. Doctors dont care about mental health or pain sufferers.
Dr Hochman has been my family physician for many years and deserves the utmost respect. Absolute Mensch! This is a Physician who exceeds expectations, listens, cares, excellent bedside manner! Dr Hochman truly puts patients before paychecks and as been a blessing in my life. Very resourceful. Dr Osagie has also been incredible, caring and compassionate woman ! Now for the staff... I can only name one other time in my life, which was in a different country, where every single staff member was so caring, polite, courteous and really went out of their way to treat the patients very well even while busy! These ladies who run the front desk and the clinic are very well organized, professional, and have also been a blessing to accommodate appointments, be resourceful, and make arrangements to make sure the patients receive the best care and best information in a timely fashion by the doctors! I don't know where I be without such a great team staff and doctors alike. Keep up the great work I highly recommend all of you to everyone!
Had an urgent situation that required immediate medical attention and this clinic was absolutely awesome from the receptionists to seeing Dr. Koko. I am beyond please with my visit.
I just spoke to a receptuonist name Anna. She was very rude. How come they are employing this kind of rude people? This is a health care.
There's 1 receptionist that is beyond unprofessional. She went out of her way to belittle and bully me 3 times... literally every time i talked to her. I mentioned it to my doctor during my last visit and it just happened again. others have complained and nothing has happened. i had to cancel my appointment and have no way to communicate with my doctor without dealing with a bully first. a medical clinic has to be a place where one feels safe and i can't say thats true about Eaton Place Medical Clinic. not with a bully out front. it will take more than an insincere apology for me to be brave enough to make an appointment to see my doctor there. I'm not alone.
Dr. Jack Rusen is always taking holidays at the most inopportune times. Plus, he just leaves for hours on end and rarely there when I need him.
Even when it is busy, the staff try their best to get everyone helped. During a long bout of illness I was often in to see the Dr. and witnessed how hard the staff work. If they cannot get you in to see a Dr., believe them. I also appreciate the range of Dr.s they have there. I needed to see a couple of them because a different medical issues. The diverse specialties of the Dr.s there meant I did not have to go far to get most of my medical needs taken care of.
I was going to give them 0 stars but that was not an option. Wow!!! I went in about 5:30 and the doctors were gone already. It supposed to be open until 6. Not impressed and NEVER going back!!!

The location is convenient for me and Dr. Eze is a friendly and competent physician, but the competence and professionalism of the administrative end leaves a lot of be desired. I always book an appointment, but always have to wait at least 45-60 past my booked time as others who came in after me get seen. I really don't want to move to another clinic, but appointment management is a serious problem in this clinic. And when I am here, I hear nothing but the front end staff complaining about patients out loud so the whole waiting room can hear. I understand letting off steam when the work day is stressful but this is beyond the pale.
This was my first visit here. I had a big asthma attack just before my shift. My work called the clinic, upon my request as it was the closest one, and they accommodated me. I was expecting to wait awhile. The clinic wasn't very busy and bigger than I realized. The front desk staff were patient and understanding, because they were aware I was going to be there, they knew I was and why I was there with little need for me to speak. All I had to do was just clarify and give them my phone number. I actually got in shortly after. The doctor listened to me and was very thorough. I was in and out within a half hour or less. I would go back.
Not a place you want to be where you are treated poorly. It's just the way the customer service desk treated walk in reflects lack of sympathy and humanness. For the simple reason they require medical attention.
The clinic is often quite busy, but the receptionists are all pleasant, polite, and easy to talk to. Its very convenient to be able to use the same family clinic as a walk in.

I've been going to Eaton Place Medical for about 3 years now. I started to see Dr.Osagie because of convenience to my work but she will have me as a forever patient. Her friendly manner and comforting approach makes each visit calm and enjoyable. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and cares about their mental health too which really makes you feel valued. She is in depth and helpful and will have my repeat business always. On a side note her receptionist is absolutely fantastic and accommodating.
Dr Koko is an excellent family doctor. However I've been trying to call for over a week now to make an appointment and theres always no answer.
It was a bit of a wait, but when I was seen, Dr Rusen and staff were great. Dr Rusen and staff were friendly. I found Dr. Rusen to be attentive to my concerns etc. After my old physician retiring w/o notice, Dr Rusen took me on as a new patient and openly took over my case and was consistent w/booking the follow ups etc. Overall experience ????????!
The reception, Destiny, the female with all the tattoos, is the worst that I have dealt with in a medical facility. Their were zero patients when I walked in, had my information taken, and sat in the seat. Two other patients walked in, and saw a doctor before I did. To add insult to injury, she completely forgot I was sitting in the seat, and had to ask my information again, in which I asked why, and she demanded it to see a doctor. Not to mention she is rude, and has a negative attitude. I actually had to look through the Google reviews to see if I was the only person having a problem, but nope. Nobody on Earth needs to deal with people like this in Healthcare, and clearly this is a problem at this facility.
Well, yesterday I had a rather long & pointed opinion on this clinic. Today, I've decided to be brief. This clinic has consumed enough of my time. Bottom line ? Horrible Clinic. Staff are absolutely the worst. I had to give a star rating here. Too bad ZERO isn't available. I wouldn't argue with any of the poor ratings / comments. If you need a Doctor, consider another clinic. I will never return to this clinic. I'll go to a Veterinary Clinic for care. I know it will be substantially superior.

I enjoy going here for whatever med appointment I need or have because where I'm from we wait sometimes 3 plus hours and get sent home with tylenol. Here I can wait at least an hour and get seen properly. Though there is a bit of a wait I personally don't mind.
Horrible rude office. Won't help you with anything or return your calls. Treat you like a number and try to force you to come in for everything so that they can make as much money as possible. Never been so angry with a clinic for numerous issues.
Update June/2021 Very incompetant staff at the front desk. They seem to lack compassion and common sense. They are very slow getting faxes to my doctor. I'm talking about 4-5 days and when youre waiting for a prescription or test results that's way too long. They give all kinds of excuses not realizing I've been a patient there over 10 years and i've seen more competent staff. Maybe its time for me to move to a new clinic because my health is too important to leave in the hands of these lazy, incompetant people.
Honestly deserves 0 stars, worse place to go. Staff only care about their staff, they don't own up to errors that they do, nor want to fix their broken computer system, which is apparently new. Manager has serious attitude problem, is quite defensive and has no compassion for patients who have been faulted by her staff. Wasted my whole afternoon, had an appoinyment for 1:30, had I not stood up to ask how much longer after waiting an hour I would have sat their until they closed with no one concerned why I was still there.
Was seen quickly despite no app. An service from the doctor was very good, felt very comfortable an treated with at most care. Front desk was wonderful.
I have nothing but great thing to say about Dr.Koko but the reason I gave 1 star is the admin/receptionist staff. I tried to call to book an appointment for 3 days, the receptionist finally picked up my call and asked me something, I could not hear it due to the noise in the clinic and asked her to please repeat herself. She just hung up on me. Shocked, but I tried to call again right away and it went throught immidiately but before I can say anything I got hung up on again without even saying anything. I wonder how can I book an appointment or do anything at all if this is the only way I can reach my doctor. My issue is not an urgent one but what if it is? And I have to deal with this kind of trearment for asking the receptionist to repear herself twice? Such a horrible experience just to get basic service.
We are sitting in their waiting area and can overhear them complaining about patients and how they plan to unplug their office phones again. This explains why it wasn't possible to book an appointment over the phone. Despite being patients at this clinic, this left us no option to book an appointment since we had called when they unplugged their phones, so we came in for the walk-in service and waited 2.5 hours. We would not recommend this clinic.
Hello Dr. Koko Are you important your vacation? I made a reservation with you a month ago. So today i was supposed to meet you the day. But you cancelled my hospital schedule without any any any action and went on vacation. You're such an irresponsible doctor. I didn't get leave a your voicemail, so don't lie to me. Why did you make it look like I canceled it and send it a text message? I've never cancelled this appointment. I left work early to meet your schedule today. As much as vacation time is important to you, appointments to patients are important.

The staff continued to send mail to old address after I updated my information. Also was seen by a doctor who never bothered to examine my foot. If she had she would have, she would have seen a large corn between my 4th and fifth toe. If she had looked closely , then I would not have been subjected to two sets of ex rays, one said fracture the other said sprained toe(LOL) not to mention numerous cab rides and sent on wild goose chases to the pan am clinic and being told come back later!This place is a joke! Stay away.
From the moment I walked in to even after I left I was impressed. I came in to use their walk in service and was greeted quickly and kindly. Front end staff were smiling, helpful, and respectful. Dr. Hlynka was efficient, knowledgeable, funny, and extremely personable. I waited only about 10 minutes and didn't feel rushed when my turn came. Health care done right! Thank you!

Rudest recpitionsts (espeacilly philipino ladies can't remember their name)i have ever encountered so far. they have no compassion and they laugh at the patients in very mean way. i was waiting 2 hours watching them how they make fun of patients loudly.Doctors are nice but they need to speak to thier staff regarding this because does not look those ladies like thier job.i wish i would have read the comments they all make sense. Never ever going back thier.I hope those ladies read this and learn to feel pain that patients are going though.
I have been going to this office for years because my family doctor is there and she’s wonderful. I never really had any issue with the reception until today when I called to make an appointment with my doctor. The receptionist said she’ll book me for Thursday next week without asking my availability so I said I’m looking to book sometime around lunch. Then she said ok Friday. I asked what time and she said 3:15. I told her again I’m only available during lunchtime and she said ok I booked you, bye! and she was ready to hang up. I had to catch her to ask what time and which day because she already said bye without confirming anything. I know this clinic went through some management changes and this is just not pleasant.
Do not go here as a walk-in unless you are a patient of this clinic. I came in early before 8:30AM and waited in line as a walk-in patient and sat for over 2 hours waiting. I received two updates, "you are 2nd in line" 30 minutes apart but never saw Doctor. Reception should set the expectation that walk-in patients may have to wait significantly longer so they are not stuck sitting waiting while regular patients are being admitted.
Good luck calling in for an appointment. They don't answer the phones (complaining if they had to take every call they wouldn't get any work done). This is the most unorganized medical centre. Dr. Rusan should retire. He is forgetful and you end up having to explain the nature of your visit every time you see him.
Walk-in clinic only SOMETIMES and rather random. No fixed days, no fixed hours, solely depending how busy or how many doctors are in.
