Can't say enough about how appreciative I am with Dr Sen. He was able to take care of a broken tooth of mine on a Saturday night on short notice! My only issue is when he trimmed my other teeth to ensure they didn't wreck my fixed tooth, he shaved my teeth crooked. I'll have to go to my regular dentist to fix that eventually as it is an attention to detail I would have appreciated in the first place. Honestly a smaller quibble though as he was very friendly and really helped me out in a pinch.

I am very happy to write this review for Dr.Sen and the dental clinic (Dr.Sen and Sen clinic). I should say I was rescued by Dr. Sen from another dental clinic in Winnipeg where I underwent a dental surgery. I had some complications after my dental surgery and I could not get a hold at the clinic where I had the surgery. when I approached Dr. Sen and this clinic, they accommodated my request and gave me an appointment right on the next day. Dr. Sen was so welcoming and fixed my complications. I was suffering with so much pain for a week before I visited Dr. Sen’s clinic. After the visit, the pain was dramatically reduced and in few hours it totally disappeared. I felt it was so magical. The staff at the clinic are so welcoming and made me comfortable with the procedures. Furthermore, after my visit, Dr. Sen and the clinic was constantly contacting me to follow-up with the progress in my health. It is very fair to say, when we go to Dr. Sen’s clinic, we are in safe hands with Dr. Sen with his amazing expertise and the amazing follow-up by the clinic. I would strongly recommend going to Dr. Sen’s clinic for your dental health needs.

I had a tooth ache on a Monday night. I could not sleep with that pain and next day morning I called Dr Sen’s clinic they were so kind and helpful . They set me up the appointment on the same day . He examined the tooth and said you have to go for root canal and I was little bit scared at that moment ( because of the pain). He explained me the problem that tooth was giving and he fixed the tooth without any pain for me. ( I have experienced a root canal before and I had lot of pain before but this time it was not painful at all ). After he fixed this issue I was able to sleep that night peacefully and I’m so happy this problem got resolved quickly . I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sen for his care and professionalism.

During this time of covid-19, I unexpectedly ended up with a severe toothache. While I have been seeing another dentist for the past few years, my dentist was not taking any clients during this time and left me with no choice but to find another option. I recently became a patient of Dr. Sen after my dentist at Sen Dental retired (congratulations Dr. Schweid!). I have seen Dr. Sen on two occasions to fix a very badly chipped/ broken front tooth. Both times not only was Dr. Sen friendly, professional and put me at ease, but my tooth looked amazing!! The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, I really appreciated how above and beyond this dental practice went to ensure client and staff safety during the COVID restrictions. We were in Code Red when I was there recently and I felt very at ease. It shows how much they all care. I've been going to this clinic for probably 30 plus yrs. I moved to Crestview 25 yrs ago and kept this clinic because of the exceptional care and service. Crestview is across town from EK so I have many options but Dr Schweid and Dr Sector and team were so fantastic that I had little choice to switch. When Dr Sen took over I was hesitant and didnt like the initial change until I had some fillings done. Top notch equipment added and equally as sincere made my decision to stay very simple. I had a chip on my shoulder and tooth that my old dentist wouldn’t fix. Dr Sen not only noticed it, but fixed it in two seconds. The office and appointment system is modern with texting and email which is good if your busy.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr Sen. I went in to have my top front tooth bonded as it was chipped. Because the gum line of that tooth was badly receded, Dr Sen suggested he put a filling at the gum line. I said no because I didn’t want a needle & to go through a filling procedure. Dr Sen didn’t pressure me into doing it, but suggested it should be done, and he said no needles! I agreed to the filling & the bonding and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Sen & his assistant were very kind. The process didn’t take very long either. I will be going back to have the same thing done to a few other teeth, I didn’t think I’d ever say that I am looking forward to going back to the dentist! Dr Sen did an awesome job with the tooth bonding & filling, and I can’t wait until my other teeth are repaired. Thank you.

I called early on a Saturday morning in lots of pain from a wisdom tooth. I didn't leave a message. Got a call back that morning, appointment booked same day, x rays and tooth pulled in 15 mins tops. Really saved me from a weekend of pain. Other places wouldn't have even booked the appointment until I could speak to someone Monday morning. That appointment would've then been scheduled later that week or the next. Pretty unacceptable if you've ever had major tooth pain. I happen to have experienced a lot of dental work lately and if I had come here first it would've saved me literally weeks of pain. He was able to freeze a very sensitive tooth and wasn't scared to work on it, where as the other place I had been going wanted me to go to a specialist for that specific tooth. Saved me money, time and a lot of pain today thank you again.

I had a excruciating tooth ache starting on a Saturday evening. By Sunday afternoon I was really suffering. I called and left a message and Dr Sen returned my call and said he could see me that evening if I felt I needed to. I was not even his client. I was so relieved as I was in such terrible pain. I could not afford to do a root canal and as it was a very back tooth I decided to have it pulled. I felt very apprehensive as I'm a "nervous dentist person." I asked how long it would take and he said about 1 minute as I am good at this. And he was not kidding! He is very good at it and it took no more than a minute! He took his time in explaining all my aftercare even though his family was waiting in the vehicle for him as they had been out on an outing. My mouth is healing well as he said it would if I followed all aftercare instructions. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sen for his care and professionalism. I am now a client of Dr. Sens. I can believe this Dentist. He tells you anything you want to know about the dentistry process. All you have to do is ask. Today he told me all about the pros and cons of implants and bridges just because I asked. Sept 15/2020 I have never had a bad Dentist and I have never had an incredible Dentist until now. Again I asked a question about how he got the implants in straight. He went over the top to show me how that was done. He even pulled out the parts he was going to use that afternoon to show me. Then he started showing me his pictures of the special projects he had tackled. He had before and after pictures of these projects. He showed me smile make overs that were absolutely incredible. The he said something amazing. He said "making a living is important but what really motivates me is changing peoples lives for the better." It was clear from the pictures that Dr Sen's work is often life changing.

Dr Shieh did an amazing job - he and his staff are very accommodating and supportive in helping manage my anxiety in regard to the procedure. Not only that, but they did an extraction and two fillings in less time than a filling usually takes - very impressed. They also provided excellent post operative information which is supporting a very quick recovery. Andrea and Tamara are also excellent, and make you feel like part of the family.

I called this office as it was home to my very first dentist who finally retired this year to inquired for an emergency peek at a painful tooth. I was in the chair in 10 minutes. Needed a root canal due to a broken tooth and the infection had set in causing a great deal of pain. He performed it right there and then. Where can I honestly begin. Dr Sen and all the staff have been nothing but amazing and have gone above and beyond for my family. Whether it be late night messages to an urgent matter, Andrea being a super hero with adjusting scheduling and billing and follow up (seriously she is a legit super hero) my daughter has an extreme fear of dentists and needles and typically has full blown panic attacks, the staff and Dr Sen have been beyond attentive and comforting to her. We started with Dr Sen as an emergency visit at beginning of Pandemic(thank god for this man), and have been with him since. We recently went In to start my daughters braces. Again, never disappointed. He was informative, he works with his clients to make a plan that works for them, it was fast and painless. Hi My name is Anthony Nelson and I recently developed a really bad molar tooth issue. With it being a long weekend I was worried about finding a dentist who could help me. Well I was given the Name of Dr.SEN ( Chris Shieh ), and called him on the phone number I was given, Which turned out to be his private cell line. Dr. Sen answered and after I told him of my situation, ( He was on a Stay Cation by the way ), He said he would help me out.
