I found Dr. Gera when my former doctor died suddenly...he is a very up front doctor talks to you like like a human and does not hurry uou up to get to his next patient. He has great knoledge and i still think think himself and his wife ( who is a wonderful person work too hard. He will come to the source of what is making you not feel well and always makes me feel comfortable.. I would be lost without this husband and wife team...

Terrible, totally non-sense. I called on clinic to book an appointment for my broken toe. She said go to your family doctor. I said I don't have any. I want to make him my family doctor. She said no.... Is it the trend nowadays, that doctor's receptionist will decide who can become a patient or not. Disgusting!

Very very professional Dr. Will listen his patients with no rush and explains the patient about the source making him/her not feeling well. Reception desk lady is very friendly and down to earth. i will give 5 star to both of them.

i wish i could give zero or negative rating ... worst behaviour .. its ok if they are not accepting new patients but the lady should be polite and be respectful to persons coming.. The lady at reception doesn't even know how to respond or behave.. Dont ever go to this Doctor .. -ve

Doctor rakesh gera is good nd also doctor son good person. But receptionist dr gerra wife very rude talking everytime. She has no manners how to talk people in canada. Everytime they are calling about schedule everytime they are rude talking with me nd my wife. Please change your system. in winnipeg lots of good doctors but you always talk bad nd rude language. If indian specialy punjabi person coming to your medical center they are talking very rude. If canadian person coming they talk very nice. Please stop racist ❌????❌❌❌

Went in to ask if they are accepting patients, receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and laughed at me and said no. I am not the only one who has experienced this from her (coming from other reviews and friends) Patients in the waiting room started to laugh with her once I left. One making a comment and saying new people to canada are taking up spots.

Let me put it straight I’ve seen all the other reviews and what I realized is that their clinic only behaves nice to people who are not Indian. I’ve been there a few times and I don’t feel very welcoming they will talk politely to people who aren’t the same race as them. The others don’t even get respect. She speaks so loud. I would give it a -10 if I could. I don’t recommend this doctor for your family.

I don’t know why other people have bad experience with Dr Gera but for me, he helped with full sincerity whenever needed. During the pandemic I couldn’t get surgery date but when Dr Gera intervened, I was operated with in a week. The way he handled my problem and assured to find the solution within two days, it was blessing in disguise.

The receptionist was very rude. She has no manners how to talk to a pregnant lady. She was extremely rude on phone. She didn’t inform me about my reports. She told me you can go to the another clinic. Such a bad experience with this clinic. I just went there once. I will never recommend this clinic.
