very nonsense, online information at the time of appointment totally diffrent as compare to visit clinic. it was my first visit ,and might be last , cuz Dr. is not good , he was just eye tester.Within 10 he done all his work and charged $ 90.00 and told me if you have any insurance , so claim yourself. Stupid service
