Highly recommend Dr. Capiendo!! I was one who never believed in Chiropractor Care until I had a pain around my shoulder blade that no other professional was able to resolve. In this journey to find relief and answers I found Dr. Capiendo. I appreciate her approach with her practice. She takes the time to listen, will use chiropractic techniques along with a bit of muscle relief, and she will give suggestions and/or exercises to do at home to assist. Not only did she resolve my random shoulder blade pain, but I came to recognize how beneficial regular maintenance with Dr. Capiendo is to my health. I recently had my first child and I saw her regularly throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. This aided with my pregnancy body woos and I truly believe assisted my body and pelvic with the delivery of my son. Today, I continue to see Dr. Capiendo for maintenance, as does my husband, and our son. We have taken our baby to her since he was a newborn for chiropractor care. Anyone looking for a chiropractor you can trust, especially if your apprehensive about chiropractor treatment, you should book an appointment with Dr. Capiendo. She will genuinely take good care of you and your family.

I used to go there several times but I had to stop doing it because Dr. Nachtigall just didn’t respect my time. He could appear 20-30-50 min late. once was really 50 min late and I was so angry and was ready to left room without treatment.

Way to expensive. 90$ just to see for the first time. Do your research before you go places and ask if you pay a consultant fee. What that for? Isn't that why we're going to them in the first place. To see what's wrong and fix you. I pay $30 a visit elsewhere. I thought I'd try someone else. Service was very professional. It's just the fees.

My mother in law was in an accident over a month ago. She went here and needed x-rays done so went and got them. She has called to make a follow up apt a few times now and NO ONE returns her calls to set up an appointment . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say she STILL has not seen a chiropractor......

The medical centre lacks professionalism, empathy and proper care to a person with an injury. I contacted the office regarding an urgent issue I was having with my back (due to my service as a first responder) and laid out the issue and my limited capability to stand or sit for long periods. The front staff stated I should fill out the form prior to coming from the website and I can get in quickly due with my scheduled appointment and the urgency of my condition. Well this did not happen - 45 minutes and counting I was waiting (standing) to see Nachtigall - even after repeated inquires about the status of my scheduled appointment I was waiting as a steady stream of people came in and out of the office. When I was able to confront Nachtigall he gave me a deer in the headlights look and the attitude of the staff seems to reflect that this is not an isolated incident. I would not recommend this office due to the NO care I received ........

i went in for initial consult for back pain. doctor said they would get some medical records for the MRI’s i had and surgeries, then contact me to schedule some treatment. i confirmed that they would contact me. well its been a year and i finally heard from them, but about a doctors retirement. i mentioned that they havent contacted me in a year for treatment. they apologized and said they would sort it out right away. well its been another month and nothing. during my initial consult i mentioned i had served for 24 years in the army. the doctors response was a very sarcastic “ thank you very much government of Canada”. i found this doctor to be extremely unprofessional and arrigant. would not recommend that anyone go here

I officially have my new "happy place" and Angel. I could barely limp in. Suffering for months after serious back surgery, taking narcotic drugs to try to cope. As a last resort I decided I would call. Staff got me in quickly. Dr.Capiendo is my hero. She took time to understand my history and really grasp what kind of pain I was having. I was ready to give up, and I felt like I danced out of there. Had my second visit 2 days after the first. Walked in only having minor stiffness. She was able to work a little deeper and I can't believe I have suffered for so long. I have not had to medicate. I have so much appreciation for Dr.Capiendo and the wonderful, friendly understanding, and patient ladies at the front desk. You have changed my life. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I came to see you because I had a loss of feeling problem in my right foot. Your treatments have completely restored the feeling in the outside of my foot. I am also doing the exercises you instructed me to do. the problem has not re-occurred. Prior to seeing you I couldn’t snap my fingers and I thought I would never be able to do that again. Now I can, since your treatments. The diagnosis from my family doctor was carpal tunnel in both hands and arthritis in the left. Dr. Nachtigall has been looking after me for years and he is fantastic. I remember the first time I went was because of a running injury. I thought I would have to miss the marathon. A couple of treatments later and following his exercise advice I had made a complete 180 and ran the marathon without pain. Since then I have been going for adjustments and whenever I have had an injury. He is smart, perceptive, diagnoses the problems well and is a super guy. I have also gone to see Christine in the massage therapy department a number of times and she is excellent as well. She understands so much about massage and gives great exercises. You really discover how well you can feel after going. Thanks to everyone at Nachtigall's.

Dr. Capiendo is such an amazing person. I have not trusted any other chiropractor to manually adjust my neck, however she is so gentle and explains exactly what she is doing. I am an RMT and at times need a treatment at the drop of a hat. I like that I can call to book and get an appointment the same day.
