I don’t recommend going to Dr. Singh. She’s very condescending and rude. When I met her for the first time, I had been an addict who was on the methadone program for a few years and the first thing she said to me after looking at my chart was, “If you’re looking for a handout, you can leave right now.” It was jarring and pretty uncalled for as I’d been clean on the program and she just assumed I was still using. Another time during a physical, she left the room for me to change into a gown and after coming back in, she asked why I had open the curtains for people to see me change. I hadn’t done that but there was always this holier than thou attitude she had. There were other instances throughout the couple years I had her as my doctor, up until the fall of 2020. I decided to find a new doctor near the end of 2020 as I just didn’t feel comfortable with her anymore. However! Dr. Ravi Gupta, who works in the same office, is INcredible! The nicest, most encouraging man I’ve talked to. I would most definitely recommend that guy! :)

If anyone ask me to give rating for my personal experience then i will give - star, because he made my ear infection situation worst..i visited him every week almost and took off from work and i was keep asking him to refer me to ENT specialist but he didnt..i told him clearly i have blood and puss in my ear but he just want to examine it...i couldnt listen almost 2 month due to this..my work got effected. even i did shared him that i cant come every single day to show my ear..after 10 visit he gave me antibiotic to eat but that didnt work out...indeed he asked me to keep using ciprodex ear drop which i used for almost 1 month and as per instruction on it max use 7 days//else it can kill good bacteria ..at the end i visited my family doc Dr Qureshi she also sucks she said you have wax and put wax removal drop ..i told her its not wax its puss but no she force me..then i put drop and my ear got burn...i was almost faint..then i visited another walk in and they said i got serious problem and immidiate checked by ent specialist..then he wrote not for my family doc...my grace of god my friend shared me her ENT specialist number and i shared all..they even gave me appointment immidiate after 2 days with out any referral. after reviewing me doc said your walk in docs made situation worst but its good you didnt lost hearing capability which i am about too...with kids i can say he is good...both docs sits in same clinic

Dr Ravi Gupta is excellent. Very caring and explains things well and answers questions in lay man's terms. I had a bladder infection for about 7 years that caused me a lot of pain and frustration. I had seen several GP's and been to a specialist and had scopes done etc, but no one was able to pinpoint the issue so I lived with the irritating symptoms for many years..... until I met Ravi. Dr Ravi Gupta changed all of that! He diagnosed me in the first visit and I was cured within less than a month!! Have been seeing him since, as my family doctor. Definitely a great doctor!!!! Two thumbs up and 5/5 stars!!

Great medical center. It’s easy to sign up for a family doctor here, and I really appreciate how you can make appointments online. The process is so streamlined and I noticed that when I do book an appointment I don’t have to wait very long to get in. I noticed that other doctors offices sometimes even when you book you have to wait an hour or so… But not here.

First time there my wife had an appointment on a Saturday and our waiting time was 15 min. Second time we didn't have to wait at all. The front desk lady is very nice and helpful.

I literally have tried anything. I made appointments, came 30 minutes before my appointment or 10 minutes before. Ive shown up for walk in at 8:30 as soon as they open, I've come in late to my appointment. I got in on time ONCE in 2 years. They let walks ins that come in later than you in first, appointments don't matter don't even try. It's better to just walk in as early as you can, even then you're PROBABLY gonna wait 3 hours. My doctor their used to be really caring and good, and it seems he only cares when I go in with my boyfriend, otherwise he rushes me out. I'm looking for a new doctor. I don't care if a walk in comes in BEFORE me, if I have an appointment, I should get in before them. A complete waste of time to book appointments or come in earlier than your appointment. The wall plug ins dont work either, so your phone is 100% gonna die before you even get seen. I thought I had a bad doctor before but at least she didn't just make up who she wanted to let in first and based it on APPOINTMENTS.

Dr.q is great, she listens and doesn't rush me. Let's me talk about what's happening and does her best to find out what's happening, been struggling with migraines and she's tried so many things including sending me to a neurologist to get things investigated. Sometimes you don't get in on time but most places I've gone you need to wait. Staff is friendly too.

My wife and I visited this medical centre several weeks ago and was seen by a Dr. Bilquis Qureshi. Let me begin to say that this doctor should not be practicing in this province, let alone in Canada. When I requested for a prescription for a massage she outright told me that she usually charges for it, but was insisting that she wasn't going to this time. She made it seem like it was a favor to me. Everytime I asked her for any sort of explanation, she cut me off, spoke over me and literally wanted to rush me out the door. She was mumbling under her breath and seemed extremely confused and was forgetful. The way she interacted with me was unprofessional, condescending and she made me feel like I was below her. You can easily see that she isn't concerned about your health in any way. She gave my wife two separate prescriptions for two different issues. When my wife got home she realized she was only given one. My wife contacted the receptionist to let them know that Dr. Qureshi had forgotten to provide one of the prescriptions. The receptionist called back and told my wife that she's the one that forgot to get it from the doctor, when that wasn't the case at all. This doctor just wants patients to come in and out. If that's the case, maybe she should quit. Don't waste your time with this doctor if you want a positive experience. The receptionists are great, I can't comment on the other doctors who practice there. I seriously would not even give her 1 star. She's completely ridiculous.

I have been seeing Dr. Bisson for a couple years and I never felt comfortable with him. He came off as judgmental and just never made me feel welcomed, or anything. My most recent visit I opened up to him about some things I've been struggling with for a long time and instead of putting forth the effort to help he made me feel like I was garbage. Basically saying I'm so and so age and I've never said anything before so he questioning it. I challenge him when I see him and don't just let him decide my treatments all the time. By the end of our visit he asked me to find another family doctor because he's not comfortable with my past. I feel lost, I feel hopeless and I never did a thing to him. I haven't decided yet if I'll go to the college of physicians to file a formal more detailed complaint. I hope if anyone else goes to him tbey do not have the same type of experiences I've had.

Dr. Gupta is THE best doctor I've had in my 40 years living in this city. The front staff however aren't the best. If you can deal with their rude attitudes, you'll be grateful once you see him.

We moved to Winnipeg from Saskatchewan in 2018, and after a brief search my wife and I found Dr. Bisson (For our family doctor). We have found him to be very professional, thorough and "no nonsense". In my opinion, all are excellent traits for a physician to have. As for the clinic as a whole, we have had no issues and have found the staff professional and polite.

I found him after my family Dr did nothing for me when i was sick for months and told me there was nothing wrong.I count my lucky stars everyday that I found a Dr like this. Got a note Dr. Bilquis Qureshi is leaving and good riddance. She gaslighted me about discussing results, couldn't give me a set time for a phone call prescription, sent me to get tested for covid at the beginning of the pandemic just to be turned away without even talking to me. She never listened, and even embarrassed herself more than once by asking me who my doctor was. Good luck Ontario!

Amanda the medical secretary, is unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. A person who is working in the healthcare industry should be properly trained on how to speak with people in a professional and decent manner. I waited over an hour and had watched the whole waiting room turnover. When I asked how much longer the response from Amanda, without even a glance at the chart, was a snappy "you'll be waiting a long time." Her attitude was completely short and without any compassion. Problems that arose during my visit (wait time and rude secretary) should not happen in a medical facility and I encourage new training methods and protocols for this office. I am truly upset with today's visit and will be seeking out a new family doctor due to Amanda's behaviour today.

Dr. Bilquis Qureshi needs to retire or try to find a different practice, she has been giving out my personal information to my sister because she does not check the name or ask the person the name she just assumes that you are who you are, it has happened multiple times, I wish someone with that type of profession would be more careful.

Dr. Quereshi feels extremely racist and is extremely rude. She claims that everything is always nothing including pain that was so excruciating, I could move withought crying out in pain. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I kept coming back but after seeing the difference in care for certain ethnic people verses others and being verbally bashed, I gave up. Had a horrible experience!

I really have worst experience with this medical centre. They first approved my appointment then cancelled just 30 minutes before my schedule time. And when I tried to change doctor they said you have to get permission from old doctor first. I really upset about this.

Been going here for about a year as it was recommended. The worst family doctor I've ever seen. Dr Gupta cares only about numbers. I try to explain a condition and he cuts me off and changes subject. I ask about a surgery I am supposed to be getting, completely disregards and walks out of the room to retrieve the next patient. Came in because of what turned out to be pink eye, sit down and he immediately tells me it's pink eye without doing anything at all! Gives me a prescription and out the door I go, asking questions as he leaves. Don't bother making an APPOINTMENT because you will for sure have to wait at least 1-2 hours watching walk ins who arrived much later than you be seen, like I said, it's all about the numbers, and money comes in from the amount of patients seen. Super disappointed and will not be back ever again.

Money over patients at this place... rule is “please limit one problem per visit to help minimize patient wait times” Yet they are always behind schedule.. Dr karruche or however you spell it was 1 1/2 hours late for our meet and greet. they do this so they can claim more money for more appointments from the government.

I really dont recommend unless you only need a doctor for yearly checkups. I can't say anything about the other doctors, but Dr. Quereshi doesn't listen to me or believe me when I come to her explaining my symptoms, despite me having a serious health condition. She is unorganized, sends referalls to the wrong places consistently, and forgets to send my prescriptions in to the pharmacy so I get them late. She also uses google right in front of me to find answers about my symptoms. The front desk is also unorganized and has made me come in to appointments only to wait 2 hours to see the doctor and be told i didnt need to come in. You will never wait less that 45min PAST when your appointment was supposed to start. Also, she still doesnt know my name after having to see her regularly for almost 3 years. Rude and unprofessional.

What a terrible experience all around. Not only did I wait 50 minutes to see Dr.Disson with an appointment made but once I was greeted by him he literally insulted me the entire visit. Nothing but presumptuous judgements being made with literally zero interest in what I had to say. Would not recommend for any of your health needs. Strong 0 out of 10.
