Very clean and staff are awesome from reception to nurses. Doctors are normally on time (or close to it for appointments). Lab Techs are AMAZING I don't do well with needles and there is this one lady just fabulous! Would highly Recommend Dr. Johnson 100%

Sad to give this 1 star as I've been coming here since I was a child. My doctor is a lovely individual who always listens to me, BUT.. today the receptionist snapped at me, rose her voice, and made me start sobbing uncontrollably after she literally hung up on me. I've been having mental health issues and finally decided to get help. Talk about a let down... I knew the office was busy after having to wait 30 mins on hold - fine - but it is NEVER okay to speak to someone that way, especially when they're trying to get help. Really sad.

Everyone was so nice!! Came in first thing and didn't have to wait at all. Highly recommended. Just don't book appointments cause its a WALK IN clinic lol

No need to make an appointment because either way you will wait 40 mins to an hr plus more to see a doctor.. even though you made an appointment. Dr. Qureshi always seems to be in a hurry. The first time I seen her she wanted me to get some blood work done. She just hands me the paperwork. I ask the girl in the front desk if there was a certain place I should go to get it done. A few days later I go to get my blood work done, the lab tech asked if I was fasting and I said no. He told me the paper work says that the test were for fasting.. how tf was I supposed to know.. I was upset becuase Dr. Qureshi did not tell me that and I took off work half the day. Another time I made and appointment at 11am. I arrived 15 mins early. Someone who came in maybe 30 mins after me got in to see Dr. Qureshi first.. which got my mad because I've been waiting 30 mins past my appointment time. And again she is making me get more blood work done and I dont know why.

My family doctor has been here all my life. But unfortunately they have a very dated way of practicing medicine. Concordia health associates is a “come back if it gets worse” kind of place. I definitely don’t recommend coming here if you are in any type of pain because they won’t believe you.

She has been helpful with every health concern I’ve brought and has found others which either have been resolved or managed. She has also brought me to a place of being more proactive with my health. Had a Doctor stand in front of my open exam room ridiculing the problems being experienced by the patient in her exam room. In great detail, with total disregard for the patient's confidentiality or any indication of compassion. Long wait times aside it was inexcusable and it was the last time I ever attended this clinic.

Ive seen Dr Cattani for about 8 or 9 years now. She's fantastic, always open to sending me for tests to find out what the issue is, and is always very thorough with giving me details of side effects, etc... So we can make a plan that I'm comfortable with. While she was away, I saw Dr Harris - to be honest, my first impression wasn't good, as I found her a bit tactless, however, she helped me find the proper medication that I'd been trying for for months, and it worked - second visit and others from there on out with her have been good! I think she just takes her job seriously and really wants to help, yet not affect wait times too much. All in all, this clinic is great.

I was injured at work so i bike over to this clinic..which was very hard and they say no compensation clients or applicants allowed.. this is a big inconvenience as i am having major issues getting around

Can you give 0 stars? I recently visited this walk in clinic, and arrived around 8:15 to see a dr. I was told my appointment would be around 10am. After waiting over 2 hours, I finally saw Dr Harris around 1015. My 3 minute visit included her asking what my problem was, and then asked me what I expected her to do about my concern. Very poor bedside manner, and I left feeling deflated and like an idiot. The waiting room was cramped, and the staff weren’t pleasant at all. Not impressed and wouldn’t go back even if it was the only place open.

Was referred to this clinic by another walk in for stitches, after waiting over an hour, was told the doctor would not take the case, and was told to limp over to urgent Care with an open bleeding wound. Unreal the lack of humanity in this office.

Got to the walk-in at 8:45am, when it says they open online. Front door has a sign that reads they open at 8:00am. The front desk clerk says they actually open at 7:45am. Was told there was an hour wait time. The other woman at the front desk told me to tell management about the error when I complained. Had I known the CORRECT opening time, I would have gotten in right away and perhaps been on my way at 8:45, not missing work and still waiting an additional hour...

Went this morning and saw Dr. Waye. For a walk in clinic I got in a room within the hour which I thought was excellent. I was very happy with service recieved. The Dr. Listened carefully to me talk. I will definitely go there again if need to. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Thanks.

I have been a patient here since they opened almost 20 years ago. I have the best Doctor anyone could ever ask for. I feel totally blessed. Plus, all the people that work with him are excellent as well. Doctor Thomas has saved my life more then once. Just recently, he came to my rescue again. I will never forget what these good people have done for me. God Bless you all. From the bottom of my heart, thank-you....!

I’ve seen a lot of reviews and as it was my first time there I’ll be quick on the details. I went in having a fairly good idea of what I was dealing with (severe bronchitis) and the receptionists there were nothing short of friendly and helpful. I got there at about 9:40 and was seated for about an hour or so, to be expected as I was just a walk in and it was packed to the point where I had taken the last available seat. The waiting area cleared quickly, and I was called. I got into a room and only waited about 5-10 minutes before so was seen by the doctor. I unfortunately missed his name, but he was fast efficient and gave me a rundown of what I was dealing with. Very professional, quite friendly and job oriented. All in all, solid experience with minimal waiting even on a busy day. Prescription was sent out and I was able to pick it up less than an hour later! One of the best clinics I’ve been to in a. While!

The wait times are ridiculous here. The younger out of shape male doctor is very unprofessional and I'm not sure he knows what he's doing. People are waiting to get in for hours and when you finally get in you'll wait another half hour to 45 minutes to see the doctor. People were walking out because they got fed up of sitting in the room waiting once they got in. I know why it was taking so long now as you can see in to the back room from the waiting room and you can see the doctor standing there talking and laughing with colleagues and also texting and showing each other things on their phones. Like I said, this practice is extremely unprofessional and I would recommend you stay away from here if you want actual help. Took my daughter here, waited for an hour and a half to get in and in 2 seconds he looks at her ear which was red and says she's ok just give her Tylenol. Next day she wakes up her ear was even more red and she's crying it was very clearly infected so I took her elsewhere. The doctor comes out front and talks to the receptionists like they're friends about how he bought too much bread and wants them to eat it and they're joking around. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even have his license and is just some guy walking around in scrubs pretending to be a doctor that's how bad his behaviour and professionalism is. Shut up and do your job or get a different one. This guy's a joke and so is this practice. Stay away!!
