We received absolutely amazing service by Dr. Salles, Tammy Sambrook and by the 3 dental assistants that helped us. They are patient, understanding and sweet as pie! They made us feel very comfortable and explained my children's treatment plans very well. They were all eager to help in any way that they could. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The type of dental experience I wish I had as a child. Dr. Fadi Kass and Dr. Jay Biber are absolutely amazing with children and top notch professionals. Wouldn't take my children anywhere else. Even front desk staff was professional and friendly.

We've been to this location 3 times. The first examination of our son prompted many "recommendations". We acted on their suggestions and had all the work completed including a couple fillings, one tooth pulled and a spacer installed. In hind sight it seems that much of the work would not have been necessary as the preexisting problems were actually pretty benign. Our insurance covered a good part of the work and we covered the remaining balance as billed at the time. 10 MONTHS LATER we received a bill in the mail for $280.00 from Children's Dental World. We inquired and were told that one of their previous employees' billing practices were inaccurate and the remaining balance was correct. They were collecting on newly found outstanding dept. We fought this in vain for 3 months and ended up paying the outstanding balance in spite of our efforts as they were threatening with a collection agency. A year later we opted to give them another go. I called before hand and got a complete break down of what they would be doing as well as the associated billing. There would be a cleaning, assessment, X-Rays, and fluoride treatment. The total cost would be $108.06 with our insurance covering $83.36. We would be left with $24.70 to pay. We went to the appointment, the work was completed and were billed the $24.70 as they quoted on the phone which we paid at that time. 1 month and 4 days later we received a bill in the mail from Children's Dental World. The statement of account reflected the billing our insurance company absorbed as well as the additional money we had paid. However it now indicated we owed them $15.44 for "specialist fees". I am at a loss. We will never go to Children's Dental World again. While we were there the staff was polite and great with our son. With that said, there is nothing more we could have done to ensure we had clarity to our billing, and yet they continue with follow on billing once after the work is done. This is robbery.

Amazing place for kids very nice staff they make everyone comfortable the kids get to wear sunglasses when examined from bright light and TV to watch from ceiling while in chair my grand daughters first visit and she loved it

Our last experience at Children's Dental World wasn't a positive one for my daughter and will be our last. Patient care should be a priority for any dental clinic, however my daughter wasn't a priority and it showed. We will not be back.

Kinda' costly here to have a dental for kids but nothing to complain about since my insurance pays for it but if my HSA runs out, it would be out of my own pocket. Anyways, all the staffs here are friendly and doing their jobs very well for my kids.

this place takes forever and it’s so unprofessional, I have been waiting for over 30 mins and my appointment was at 11, it’s now 11:30. Ridiculous.

I tried calling their clinic today but it says the number i dialled is not assigned. I tried their other branch hoping that i can get their new number but same thing " number not assigned. Do i need to go to their clinic to book for an appointment for my son?. As two brackets of his braces fell off already. This is not so inconvenient unfortunately.

Completely absurd to tell a client that braces are needed and then guilt parents in saying oh its ok for them to have crooked teeth, then tell you that they can work out a monthly plan for your child and then blindside you with a 1100 dollar payment off of a credit card in the middle of a pandemic and after payment is already taken to say well how much can you afford!!!??? I understand that its business but my children also need a home to live in, do they not ask these things and don't offer any other alternatives. I guess if you have the money spend it, unfortunately not everyone does, I highly recommend other dental options for your children as Childrens Dental World is all a facade, money before the children - its what business is about not your childrens oral health. It was convenience that made us go there, and there are other better dental options for your children, we definitely will not be going back or our friends and families children either.

I will only take my kids to see Dr. Biber because he is absolutely amazing. Before, my kids dreaded having to go to the dentist, now they actually look forward to it. He is amazing with children and knows just what to say to my children to calm them down and put their minds at ease. Love this place and will never go anywhere else!

I have been calling the clinic a few times since my daughter's dental ortho. It is taking so long for the phone to be picked up either a staff or an automated answering ma hine comes on. It takes about 3 mins or more to get through. This clinic is supposed to be big but it seems they need more staff to handle after service calls. A big disappointment. I will look for another clinic for my next child as I want to be attended the same way they were making me go their by their ads on print and TV.

We went for a consultation, and we were recommended that my son should be under general anesthesia to do all the work. The dentist had explained it well, and I seem to understand the reasoning. I also told them I would discuss it with my husband, and probably we will agree to it. They let me sign papers, but they said when I change my mind, I can cancel it. So, in short, the processing of the procedure has started even we haven’t confirmed anything. Today, I called them and left a message in the voicemail that I am cancelling it. They called me back, and I have explained that we want to hold the processing because we are not ready to decide yet (General Anesthesia plus expenses of more or less $1700). I was not ready to hear their response. They said that this is the only thing they can book for us, and if we decided to go for surgery, we need to look for another clinic! Prior to that, my husband told me when they called us for an appointment they told him that they are 20% more expensive than other clinics. It is shocking to hear those things. I am glad that we decided not to do any business with them.

My son has been a patient of Doctor Milos Lekic now for quite a few years. My son needed dental surgery when he was 6 years old, which then involved a form of metal braces to keep his teeth in line, because of multiple extractions. Right from the beginning, Dr Milos has taken the time to not only show, but also explain the process and results of any treatment. Fast forward to 10 months age, when Alex needed his Invisaligners. Once again, Dr Milos took the time to answer any and all questions. I am happy to say, Alex just had his appointment this morning, and his overbite has been eliminated and his teeth have straightened to the point, that he no longer needs to wear the aligners during the day, only at night and no more elastics. Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr Milos for helping my son find his smile.

My kids love going here. Super friendly staff and they love the fish ???? tank! We haven’t needed anything except cleanings and normal checks, but all has been great thus far ????

We went there on the 19th for my sons first dentist appointment. We where scheduled for 2:30, While scheduling they asked us to be 15 minutes early to fill out some paper work. We showed up 20 minutes early and got the paper work filled out. The problem then started. It took them until 3pm To get us into the back then another 15 minutes of waiting for the dentist to come. it took the dentist all of 2 minutes to check our son's teeth and for us to be finished. I am fine with paying a premium because they are great with kids, However I hold company's to a higher standard if they do choose to charge premiums. Expecting a 1 year old to wait for almost an hour in my mind is unacceptable. We plan for our appointment at 2:30 and for us to get out of there before way before 3:30 so he can go down for his nap. The worst thing is that no one there even once apologized about the delays or let us know how long we could expect to wait. I cannot recommend this service to anyone with a small child. Unless you enjoy waiting way passed your appointment time.

My child got referred here. They called yesterday and left a message gaving the number to call back so I did but they had a high call volume so i had to leave a message in return. They called back today clueless about having called me or even getting a referral in the first place. I definitely don't feel confident even bringing my child here after this

I'd give no stars if it was choice! as my child was getting his caps done. I was sitting in the waiting room and a bed bug comes crawling on my sleeve! I immediately grabbed it and gave it to the front desk. I would have left before if i had known this! but had no choice but to sit there and wait for obvious reasons.

My toddler slipped and fell at school and hit his teeth and gums. I went straight to the dentist. They had a full schedule but squeezed us in to get looked at with in 10 minutes. I was looking for piece of mind and sure got that from the doctor. They are all were very professional and very informative. Thank you so much ❤️

When I was a kid I hated trips to the dentist! My girls absolutely love seeing Dr Lekic at Mcphillips!! He's so great with them and he talks them through every visit no anxiety or fear by the time he's actually working on the teeth. Hands down best dentists in the city! If you haven't taken your kids already you really should bring them here!
