The Board Dr was very prompt , Polite and courteous Service , when Trevor repaired my Washing machine Board I sent it to him and he fixed it right away and sent it back to me , I installed it into my washer and unfortunately there is something wrong with the chipset on the board and my repair didn't work due to no fault of The Board Doctor. I contacted Trevor and gave him the unfortunate news and instantly I see the refund of the whole Fee credited back to my Credit Card. This Company is OUTSTANDING !!! I wouldn't hesitate one second to use this company again . Excellent Service Trevor , Thank you muchly

I had an old JennAir oven from the mid 90’s which all of a sudden started displaying F5 as an error whenever I started it up. I had a repair guy take a look and turned out it was the relay board which was already discontinued. There wasn’t anything I could do, I was told, other than to buy a new oven. Luckily I found and contacted BoardDoctor. They were very professional and said they’d only charge me if they can fix it. I shipped it to them in Winnipeg. Took them less than a day to fix it. They shipped it back and I tried it out. Works like a charm now! So glad I had it fixed or else it would have costed me more to replace the entire oven which was a custom wall oven. They don’t make it in that size and capacity anymore.

After searching across North America. The Board Doctor ( Trevor ) came through for me and my son . Rebuilt a Frigidaire Gallery stove board in Manitoba and sent back to Ontario. The repair is EXCELLENT , Cost is ⅓ the price of a replacement board ! EXCELLENT service.

Very pleased with Board Doctor. We have a stove that is 19 years old and looks new. It has served us well. The control board stopped working and I searched the part stores, ebay, Amazon and the web only to find out it was unavailable. I happened on Board Doctor and contacted them via their website. I was shocked that the response was within an hour. He said they could in fact repair it for $179 plus tax. The best part for me was they are in Winnipeg just 20 minutes away. He said they service western Canada as well. Dropped the board off and they called the next day and said it is ready. WOW! Turns out he was going to be in my neighborhood that so he dropped it off. The whole experience was A+ all the way. We saved money and saved metal to be recycled. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Board Doctor.

Had a great experience with Board Doctor! My board had stuck relays and connectors melting off, it was in bad shape! They put in new relays and repaired the burnt up part with a 1 day turn around. Was $600 cheaper than buying a new board and my oven works great now. Highly recommend!

Our oven quit working one evening, unfortunately the control panel was the cause and was discontinued by Electrolux the manufacturer. With wall mount ovens running between $2000 and $6000 i wasn't eager to replace it. Coming from an automotive background where repairing circuit boards is quite common i knew there had to be a better solution. A quick Google search led me to Board Doctor. Minutes after inputting my information online I had a call from Trevor.When I told him what error message was displayed and the issue we were having he was confident he could repair it. Unfortunately due to flooding in Western Canada it took nearly a week for my board to reach him. He repaired the same day it arrived and it's now being shipped back. Looking forward to having an oven again. I highly recommend Trevor at Board Doctor

Went above and beyond for both me and my father. We live in Ontario and have shipped to him 2x and both times he (Trevor) came through with advice and knowledge. Not only did he fix my motherboard for my stove, but took the time to give some advice. Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to support local (canada) but also anyone who has lost hope on finding parts. If he cant fix the board he will point you in the direction necessary to get you up and running. Incredible experience!

I thought my 23 year old Frigidaire slide in stove was dead. Although the burners worked the oven wouldn’t heat up anymore. Once I ruled out the element, a repairman told me that it was the clock face known as the control board and that they weren’t available anymore. That visit cost me 160$.I started a search for a new stove only to get discouraged at the price and lack of availability until well into 2020.Also my old Frigidaire was 28 inches and built into my countertop. The new stoves are all 30 inches which meant cutting my countertop and hoping I could fit in a new stove without damaging the cabinetry. This was looking like a very expensivet and depressing job.After searching the Internet I stumbled upon a site called Board Doctors and that’s when my hopes rose. A very friendly and efficient technician assured me he could fix the control board. All I needed to do was remove it and send it to Winnipeg. I amazed myself by taking apart my stovetop, removing the control box and sending it off. ( watched YouTube video)Ten days later it was back and I reinstalled it and the stove now works beautifully. I am flabbergasted that Board Doctors exist and can repair many items not only stove boards. I highly recommend this company for saving me money( under $200 to fix it) but mostly for allowing us to keep our old reliable appliances in working order. Thank you Board Doctors! My oven control board was malfunctioning and my Frigidaire oven would not heat up. I tried to buy a replacement part only to find out they were no longer manufactured. I got the Board Doctor name and number from a appliance parts store. Upon contacting them they advised they could repair my board for a very reasonable price. They performed the repair in no time and my oven is once again working. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for electronic repair work.. I have already advised my family members to take advantage of this company if they have appliances needing repair. Excellent service.
