Dr. Bobyn and all of his staff are totally the best. We were lucky to find Dr.Bobyn when we moved to Kelowna and have him take us as patients. I have not had a better dr. He is caring and I feel so well taken care of.

Still after 3 years, still suffering from PTSD from everything Dr Bobby and staff have done to me, haven’t taken any responsibility for anything!! MOA giving me instructions on how to detox from 10 years of doctors prescribed morphine as he decided not prescribes anymore?? Ended up in emerg, by ambulance nearly dying as they knew nothing about withdrawing from narcotics!! Too much to tell, I will NOT REST UNTIL THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT they have done to me!!!! Worst doctor I have ever known, pill pusher to the max as well as he thinks he’s a counseled, which he IS NOT!!!

Adore Dr. Sebulsky ! Her Professionalism is uncanny and her expertise goes off the charts . She makes every appointment visit warm and inviting . I do not see myself (as a patient) other than with any other physician than Dr. Sebulsky .

Service pretty good here, Reception is very busy but has never treated me poorly. I have never felt rushed out the door like a previous reviewer stated, in fact I have felt the opposite. At times I have had many questions for Dr. Sebulski, and she took the time to answer them all and erasure me. Yes the wait times can be longer and rarely is the doctor ready at the specified time, but really, I have had that same experience at any clinic I have gone to.. and the fact that I know if she's running late, it could be because she is helping someone with some scary questions, makes me very patient and tolerant, as I was in that situation and it was very important to me. The world does not revolve around me, and I'm fine giving a bit of my time up to to be patient for someone whom might really need it.

My physician is Dr. Bobyn and he is hands-down the best doctor I have ever had. He is always so friendly and takes his time to thoroughly explain everything so you understand every aspect of the treatment. The appointments do sometimes run a little late but it is due to the pristine care and attention that Dr. Bobyn and his assistant Lisa give to each of his patients.

Terrible service. Scheduled appointments are always at least 30mins late but usually more. Doctors always try to rush me out. The receptionist is rude and snobby. I was put on hold 2 times while trying to book an appointment. Didn't even wait for a response before putting me on hold. Don't bother coming here. Takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. Hours of the doctors are odd as well.
