Dr Sun is such a personable man. He is very caring and he insures that his patient is most comfortable. When performing a procedure he is very gentle and is always conserved as how I am doing. I can’t remember his assistants name, however she is truly remarkable. I this there is a calling for what she does and is definitely living her calling.

I am SO happy to have found Dr. Sun! I called for a last minute emergency after having horrific tooth pain and he fit me into his busy schedule a couple hours later. He is very professional, caring, honest and treats you like a patient and not a number. He also found out my problem and is willing to fix it on a day he normally wouldn't work so I won't have to be in pain anymore. There is absolutely no other dentist in the world like him, thanks to Dr. Sun I am a very happy customer!!!! *update* After having a tooth fixed but continued to have pain, I called the office and Heather the receptionist was phenomenal!! She spent around 10 minutes with me figuring out a spot to fit me into the schedule (worked around my work hours). If this isn't 10/10 customer service then I don't know what is. Very happy!

My first meeting with Dr Sun started with an emergency appt. I had a filling replaced at another dentist office a week earlier. It turned out that I had an infection under the new filling. Dr Sun gave me antibiotics to fight the infection and that Sunday afternoon he went into the office to give me a root canal. I have never looked back. Best dentist I know. Staff are friendly and courteous.

I became a patient of Dr. Sun’s after pretty much everyone I asked recommended him wholeheartedly. I can see why they did so. The receptionists were very helpful and kind, and Dr. Sun was fast yet attentive. I have repeatedly been told that Dr. Sun will not do anything that is not necessary, unlike most other dentists, and my experience so far has confirmed that. Another great thing about him and his team is that they will go the extra mile to work with your insurance, to save you money and the trouble of submitting a claim yourself. I was in yesterday afternoon and had work done on both sides which required a lot of freezing because my mouth would not freeze. And I've never had a dentist's office that the dentist himself will call to acquire to see how you are doing if you need anything and that I really truly appreciated. Appt.. Friday February 8th,. 2019 I was in just for a cleaning but my blood pressure seems was a little too high for the technician so Dr Sun himself did my cleaning and send me on my way. After being away from Lindsay for 10 years, one of the first things I did upon moving back to the area was to contact Dr. Victor Sun’s dental office. From the first email through subsequent phone calls to the appointment itself, it has been like uniting with old friends. Dr. Sun’s team are as friendly and professional as ever with the added COVID safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety. I am a senior citizen and have had a number of dentists through the years but Dr. Sun is far and away the very best. I have the utmost confidence in his skills and he has always provided the best advice for my dental care. Unlike many medical professionals, Dr. Sun takes the time to explain procedures, detail any options, listen to the patient’s concerns, and then suggest the optimum way forward. On top of that, he’s just a very nice guy! On my first appointment back after being away for so long we picked up the usual conversation about our lives and our kids and our interests. I don’t get nervous at dentists but if anyone faces their dental appointment with clenched teeth and sweaty palms, Dr. Sun’s friendly reception and considerate manner will put you at your ease. It was nice to see Dr. Sun and his team again and, yes, I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I've been terribly afraid of dentists (bad past experiences including an orthodontist who pulled a tooth in my pre teens with his knuckles) a friend suggested Dr. Sun when I devoloped an exposed nerve ending on my wisdom tooth. Dr. Sun is kind and caring as well as carefully discussing all my options moving forward to help my teeth. I was booked for a root canal April 6th 2018 and was nervous. His fabulous assistant put me at ease immediately and the entire procedure was delicate and virtually pain free!
