McLaughlin Dental Centre is filled with exceptionally amazing people. Appointment reminders, caring greeting at the door, low waiting times or none, quick follow up, super sanitized! Efficient and professional hygienist and dentist procedures are conducted in highly sanitized and comfortable examination rooms. Every visit is a pleasure and I leave feeling confident in my health. Who knew the dentist could be like a special day to the spa, all questions answered! Thank you to all the staff for being so knowledgeable, kind and accommodating!????

I have always been uncomfortable with going to the dentist. I do however feel very comfortable with dr Bay. My children, husband and I all see her. She is very professional and great at explaining things so that we fully understand. She is great with kids as well. The hygienists are all wonderful as well.

Dr. Brierley and Dr. Bae are both great dentists. We have been with Dr Brierley for over 20 years now. Great with young children especially. I needed help when my son was young. Now a a young man has no fear of the dentist at all.

Plus, he’s an excellent whistler! Where else can you get excellent care from a state of the art dental practice and catch a delightful whistling tune all at the same time! Love Dr Brierley but often times I am seeing the other dentist with him definitely not as friendly but she is nice but she has to live up to his sparkling personality. when I first went to him you would always hear him whistling and laughing thats what I miss. also they hygienists are friendly but some just aren't as friendly as others. Also the receptionists one is like the sweetest thing ever the others can be a bit short and just not as friendly over the phone nice to your face kinda deal but overall I love going to this Centre. Also my teeth look amazing so well worth it in the long run ???? I have to add my girls growing up loved going to the dentist which says a lot for kids

I wanted to book an appointment with this dentist because of all the great reviews I had read online. So I called just wanting a cleaning done and was immediately asked if I had insurance which put me off right away. I did not so I was judgingly given the quote of $300 for a new patient assessment, no mention of the cleaning prices and then was referred to the low income dental clinic. I cannot believe I was assumed to not have the money to afford this so I thanked them and hung up. Incredibly judgemental of the receptionist and although I could afford whatever they had to offer. I know the prices are much higher than any other I've been quoted in the area. I have no idea how good the actual dentistry is but the reception needs an upgrade and a half.

My boyfriend had 2 teeth pulled that were really bothering him, he was very nervous about it and everyone from the receptionists to the specialist were extremely nice and comforting. Dr. Brierley is the only dentist I've ever had and he is amazing! I have always felt confident in his care and, truly appreciate that he is always willing to explain costs without ever pushing procedures as I do not have any dental coverage. The hygienists have always been very kind and do a thorough job and, the receptionists are great too.

He is conservative in his management which is appreciated. The front desk staff has always been very accommodating with trying to squeeze us in if we have something urgent. The hygienist are personable and put all of my children at ease during their cleanings. In short we have been very happy with Mclaughlin Dental.

As usual I received excellent service. Upon arrival, Blythe greeted us, took our temperatures and asked that we fill out questionnaires concerning any covid-19 restrictions. Strict measures were taken during the dental examination as well as ensuring our comfort.
