Horrible experience. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to watch two patients go in. One doctor and no reception. After the hour and twenty minutes doctor told us she would not be able to see anymore. Too late to go anywhere else but the five hour wait at the hospital. Peterborough needs better walk in clinics, and patients need to stop abusing the ones we have. If you have a doctor, try and use them. Your bruise can wait a couple days.

This place and the people behind this sham need to be closed down and they should be ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting this place to OHIP just in case of fraudulent use of my health card as well. They set a date and time and do NOT call or even send a message. Leaving people in medical needs is NOT the Canadian way! I beg everyone to NEVER use this place. Wish I could give it zero stars.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My husband's appointment got canceled on him 3 times with no notice! The nurse changed her hours and never called to reschedule. I called and left 3 messages in a week with no follow up what so ever. Absolutely ridiculous.

Recommend booking an appointment. The nurse was so kind as well as the doctor I skyped with. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely coming back.

Admittedly, the wait time was close to 1 hour + 45, however, when I did meet with the nurse practitioner she was extremely thorough and was able to diagnose and resolve my concerns. Highly recommend visiting this clinic over the walk-in at Lansdowne Place as I was told the wait time was close to 3+ hours to see the doctor on the same day.

Alice the Intake nurse is one of the most kind and professional people I have dealt with in a long time. My son was wreathing in pain from an ear infection. She took the time and was patient with him so he could get the proper treatment. Thank you for being amazing Alice.

I am new to Peterborough so I was concerned when I saw the reviews here and the only other clinic in town... but I'm sick and need a doc! So so glad I chose to come here. No one in waiting room at noon on a wed and walked right in. Nurse and doctor so nice and did not rush at all. I will definitely come back if the kids or I need help in the future. Thank you!

Does not do: TB testing, immunizations or booster imminizations, ear flushes, full physicals including pap tests and prostate exams, driver's medicals, ODSP forms, controlled substances prescriptions or renewals, prescriptions for allergy injections, or anything with children under the age of four months. Is located in the back of Remedy's RX. Nurses are great, and essentially you skype with the doctor, whoever is available. Be prepared to wait.

Very efficient clinic. I recommend phoning ahead to book an appointment for those who don't have patience to wait for an hour. As well as for those who complain about people being seen before them, when they were there first. When initially they booked an appointment. Book an appointment if you don't have patience to wait for half an hour to an hour.

What a fantastic outlet. This is a walk-in where you can book appointments; and this is where it shines but can also be a burden during flu season for the walk-in group. I have been to multiple appointments for my wife and Kristin has been incredible to us. She is kind, understanding and gentle; and she connected us with a doctor that thinks and speaks the same. We have a very complicated set of problems instead of a common sickness, so we have always booked appointments in advance. If you can, I suggest you do, as an appointment gets priority over the walk-ins (by nature). Without the booking process we would be lost and defeated. Thank you Dr. Helen Cheung, thank you Kristin, and thank you Good Doctors team for always helping me with appointments, follow ups, and results. You are what makes the strained system a bit more bearable during the hard times. 5/5 with zero doubt.

The nurse kristen, is an absolute sweetheart. She is professional, patient, and willing to really listen to your input. The Skype doctors are kind and professional. For everyone that rates it a 1 star, because they refuse to book an appointment. Please book one in advance. It saves you from waiting, and prevents false 1 star ratings. If it can’t wait , then go to emerge. It’s that simple. You can’t expect a tiny place like this to cater to every person, randomly walking in. A lot goes on behind the scenes of that tiny little waiting room. Have some compassion.

Very disappointed. I came into Peterborough from Keene by taxi to the Walk in clinic at 2:30pm. Hours posted that they are open until 5:00pm. I got turned away saying they closed 45mins prior to when I arrived. First time ever going! Absolutely ridiculous. Would not have put any *'s but had to. So I could write a review.

Waste of my time. I've had something wrong with my throat for like 2 weeks, & they didn't even feel around my neck or anything or tell me what could be wrong with it. I will never go here again, you should be talking to the doctor face to face not on a video chat. Another thing is there's a sign that says wear a mask if you're coughing or have flu symptoms & the nurse wasn't even wearing one & she was sick with a cold. Very unprofessional. I'd rather wait at the hospital for 5 hours then waste my time waiting like 2-3 hours with only 3 people a head of me.

First time I went they were closed when online it said they were open for another hour. The second time I came an hour and half before closing only to find out they were not taking any more clients (only 1 other person was there). Very dissapointed and will not try coming here again.

Extremely rude doctor. Had a phone call appointment regarding my toenails and she claimed she only talks about infections and that my double growing toenail wasn’t her concern. Then proceeded to hang up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here EVER. Do better.

My daughter was sick during our vacation, so we went to this clinic. There was no wait whatsoever, the site staff were friendly and efficient, and zeroed in on the problem very well. The tele-medicine doctor was very friendly and reassuring. Got the prescription we needed and got back to our holiday!

Thought it was a little ridiculous that the nurse practitioner decided to go on break with two patients waiting over lunch hour. We sat and waited 20 minutes while she sat on her phone in the back. I guess her time was more important than ours. Very unprofessional. I think if you are well and at work, and you have only 2 patients that are obviously sick left to see, you push out your break and see the patients. That’s the right thing to do. I’ll never come back to this clinic.

Very quick and efficient clinic. I had a 2:00 appointment, was seen at 1:55, and out with a prescription by 2:10. Highly recommend phoning ahead to book an appointment.

The nurses and wait times were very good. I had injured my knee pretty badly. The video doctor set me up with an x-ray and an ultrasound. After seeing the results the doctor followed up and said I needed to rest it for 2 weeks. I returned after a month since my injury had gotten worse and a new doctor said the injury would need an additional 6-8 weeks. I tried to tell the doctor that I was in serious pain and that my meniscus was probably damaged which wouldn't show up on the tests I had done. I explained that I needed physio. Its months 4 later and my knee is still in pain. I'll have to go to a walk-in clinic in a different city to find better quality care. But hey, it was still free.

I attended the Ennismore location this morning. This has to be the ideal way to receive medical assistance. Wait time was only one hour. Nurse Jennifer was very kind and exceptionally efficient. Dr. Nighat live on video was so helpful. Thanks Good Doctors, job well done!

The waited so long for a poor diagnosis. They took a picture of my issue and a poorly lit room and sent it to a doctor on their list. I have a video chat with the doctor promptly after. The doctor may have looked at the picture for 15 secs and gave me a diagnosis. The diagnosis did not add up, so I got a second opinion from a doctor in person at a different clinic and I was told something which made a lot more sense. I would stay very far from this place. The nurse on site was great but the video doctor service is terrible.

The nurses are so good they really actually check my kids out unlike another doctor in lansdowne place pretty sure everyone knows his name. He shouldn't be a doctor at all. Sure you talk to a doctor through a computer but this is the world we live in and today I had a great nurse and doctor who dont want to just throw me meds and see me off. I was 2nd in line at 10 am it's a hit or miss when it comes to any walk in clinic.

I will say this walk in clinic is a little unconventional, but the treatment I got was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone in Peterborough.

Not the worse, not the greatest. Arrived at 11:40 am (They open at 10:00 am) was seen at almost 3:00 pm. ( to be noted 4 people were ahead of me). Wait time always varies and it comes down to different factors, however, there is no check-in desk and only 1 nurse, which adds to those factors. The nurse took a quick 15 mins break for lunch and she looked really tired. The nurse was really nice and I felt a bit rushed by the 'Tele-doctor'. I wish there was a check-in desk and more than 1 nurse. On the good side, the nurse did recommend an alternate location In Enimosre and specified there was no client there currently.
