Nurse was good. Place lacks proper medical equipment to do proper temperature checks, ear checks etc. The doctor was useless. Came on and your toddlers running a fever give Motrin if it persists for three days go to emergency. Toddler was already run this fever for four days and family doctor was not in. Wouldn't knowledge I was even in front of screen and talked to nurse who didn't provide much verbal to him. He talked for maybe 2minutes and left. I feel the doctor didn't even read the information provided came on gave some generic response collected his fee and left me the patient feeling lost and frustrated. Never again will I go here

After waiting at the emergency room for a few hours I left and went here with my 9 month old who had been bit by a tick. The wait was short, the nurse was thorough and we chatted with a doctor via web cam. Pleasant experience!

Go there only if you are ready to wait for atleast 5 hrs I am not kidding !!i was 8th in the list and I reached there at 9:30(opening time) I was able to see the doc at 2:30 pm!!!!!

I arrived at the doctors office 1 hour after opening and sat in the waiting room with my 1 year old son for 2.5 hours, then the nurse went on break. I ended up leaving. I definitely think there should be more nurses working here as the other walk in clinics in Lindsay are after hours.

I arrived when the clinic opened, there were a few people in front of me. An hour and a half wait time seemed reasonable. The nurse was thorough and I had an overall pleasant experience. Yes, you don’t experience the best clinic atmosphere and there is no washroom. (Side note: the doctor was a Skype call. Yet, the doctor provided a legitimate service through video chat). However, considering Lindsay does not have a walk in clinic open in the morning hour and a visit to the hospital in town would cost you 5+ hours of your day. This is a great alternative to “see” a doctor for a sore throat, ear infection, or something of that nature. I was treated with the appropriate medications and thankful for this little walk-in service. I will go here again if I run into the same situation where waiting to visit a doctor till the evening is not an option.

Unpleasant and aweful customer service. No bedside manner from the nurse practitioner. Disgusting and unacceptable conditions of the clinic and nurse's station. If you care about your health do not go to this clinic. I was asked to not come back after pointing out how uncomfortable I was at the poor cleanliness. I hope this place shuts down.

I have been here twice and both times, I had a great experience. As another reviewer suggested, part of this probably depends on the doctor you get, although, the same could be said of ANY walk in clinic. They can't always help babies under 2 (they don't always have the right sized equipment) but I'd rather spend a half hour here, than 3 or for at the Hospital. I will continue to use this service and recommend it.

Nurse, doctor and pharmacy staff were all incredible. Those who have complained need to realize that they aren't trained medical professionals, and despite what they seem to think the doctors know best seeing as they are trained professionals. Good doctors indeed.

I came in at 1:45pm and waited until 4:15pm to be told I couldn’t be helped. In the time I waited only 5 people were helped. Very frustrating and would not recommend.

There should be a notice that this clinic uses a "tele" doctor and no doctor os on site! 3 hour wait for a referal to another doctor in town and another week to wait. Nurse practioner or reseptionist or whatever she is, is very helpful and friendly NO washroom on site either.

I was at walk-in today with my son and the nurse was so friendly and amazing!! My son has had a cold for awhile and I was worried they wouldn’t prescribe anything but they did . I would rather use this service then go anywhere else .

They asked me to pay $20 dollars for a doctors note. After looking it over I realised that the Doctor called me by the wrong name. She also said, "won't be in for work" accept this was for school and I had to explain this to my teachers. Other than that the service was good.

I would not recommend this service at all. I called ahead and was told I would be seen as long as I arrived by 3 pm. I arrived at 2.59. I waited until 3.29 PM when a nurse came out and told me they weren't seeing anyone else. There was 1 person in the waiting room.. just going in. I tried to explain that I had called but she wouldn't listen. The lady from the pharmacy tried to talk to her as well and she would not listen to her either. Just said sorry. I then called the head office who said that the nurse should have offered to book me an appointment. Huge disappointment.. terrible service. I will never go back.

Nurse was nice, process is fine. Unfortunately I got a doctor who doesn't listen to the parent. So this evening my son is getting sicker (as I told her he would) and will have to suffer until Monday waiting for "swabs". Oddly enough, when I went to the pharmacy, and talked to the pharmacist, about how my son gets tonsillitis and the Doctor insisted on denying treatment because the swab for strep was negative. The pharmacist said "tonsillitis doesn't swab positive for strep". So here he lies, fever going higher, and totally lethargic because someone followed some textbook and didn't listen when I said we had experienced this more than once. And we don't overuse either. I checked with the pharmacist to see when he last had a script for this type of INFECTION, and it was almost 9 months ago.

Would not recommend at all, took my 2 kids (4&2) waited 6.5hours for me to be told the one was fine and the other to be prescribed a medication for me to later that evening find out wasnt to be used on kids under 6. Also 2 other patients who had gotten there when I did were turned away (one with a very sick child) . The following day was able to get in with our doctor who told me that both my kids had severe ear infections.

Went to see DR. AHMED for pain on my left lower belly - virtually at the office. The nurse who did the initial check was very thorough. It is so different now not being able to see the doctors face to face. I really like this doctor because of the follow up she does and thoroughness to ensure all checks are done. With my test results back, she continues to follow up and refers to the right specialty.
