This is a beautiful facility and a top notch team of professionals. My 4-year old son loved his visit. They treated him like royalty and he had a blast. Came out raving about the TV set in the ceiling and his newly cleaned "Hulk" teeth! So glad I found this dental practice! I have not had the best experiences in the past, but this was the most enjoyable and pleasant. My husband had an infection where his crown was and needed care right away. Dr. Dhaliwal was able to squeeze us in the same day I called. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant, and dentist were all very friendly and welcoming. I don’t have dental coverage, which in my previous experiences, majority of dental practices have been about cash grabs rather than quality of care and health. I can’t express how grateful I am to have FINALLY found a dentist who is easy to converse with, tells you like it is and is happy to lay out all options without making you feel pressured. His bedside manners were top notch and very light-handed when it came to having to extract my husband’s tooth. This is going to be my choice of dental practice from now on, and will be bringing my children here as well. Really great a experience and team. Good job guys!! ???? Highly recommend this practice.

There isn't enough good things I can say about the fantastic people who work at Fenelon Dental. They have been so kind, pleasant and always, (usually) last minute willing to fit me in whenever (even willing to stay late sometimes) so I can be seen. Most Comfortable I have ever been in a dental office! All the ladies are fantastic! I started coming in late 2018 and so thankful I did. I came late on a Friday when most dental offices were closed and had a rough time with a tooth and not once have I ever felt that I was in a dentist office. (In a good way). I have had bad experiences in the past and usually do not go unless something is terribly, terribly wrong. Dr. Rupinder Dhaliwal - is outstanding! Saving my teeth! So thankful for this guy. I have had ZERO issues since meeting him and he is always calming my every worry. I just had a root canal and crown done a few months ago and he's fantastic, zero pain. No issues. Every time I think I have a worry, he will see me without issue, right away and solve it for me.

I went to see Dr. Rupinder for an impacted whisdom tooth extraction. It was expected to be complicated requiring my gums to be opened up and my jaw bone chizzled to remove this properly... after i was all numbed up with novacane Dr. Rupinder started working and then showed me this tooth.. he said "dam that was boring" the whole scary process was quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Rupinder and his staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Rupinder Dhaliwal and his staff at Fenelon Dental. Prior to my retirement from teaching last year, Dr. Dhaliwal performed gum graft surgery on both sides of my upper gums and inserted a crown. My husband also had a surgical procedure and a crown inserted. He carefully explained the procedures to us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. I experienced minimal discomfort and a very quick healing time resulting in healthy, pink gums protecting my teeth. This highly skilled dentist is excellent - very professional, thorough, extremely particular, and friendly with a wonderful sense of humour! My daughters, husband and I greatly appreciate Dr. Dhaliwal’s expertise and the service his staff provides.

He was very nice as was the staff. I would say though, that he used way too much freezing just for a cap. The freezing didn’t come out til. 10:30 p.m. plus, my face turned black and blue from my ear to my mouth. I don’t know what happened there. I’ve been going to dentists for many years and none of that ever happened before. He was a nice guy though. If I could just add, when my husband went to him for a cap, for whatever reason he used a black cap, to cap the tooth. ? It was in the back. But black? You can see it when he laughs. Anyway, that was our experience.

Amazing experience from the minute I walked in the door. Greeted so pleasantly at the front desk. I went for the first time in many years since my last dentist retired he made me feel extremely comfortable. He did a bunch of work over a few visits he explained all procedures thoroughly. My son presented at your clinic today with a huge abscess, his face very swollen,, you refused to see him as his dental coverage is through Ontario Works... You did however tell him he needs immediate attention or the infection could go to his brain, cause him to go into a coma. You demanded full payment up front to see him in your office. In my opinion this is DISCRIMINATION! You've told my son he could die from this infection but refuse to treat him. I'm disgusted by your treatment on a young man in an emergency situation and because he happens to be on social assistance. The town of Fenelon Falls wants people to do business locally, but you discriminate against the disadvantaged. I hope people reading these reviews think about your poor irresponsible treatment of my suffering son.
