I have gone to Dr. Conlin for a couple years now and I have nothing negative to say. She has performed surgery to put tubes in my ear and since that I have been able to hear 100% better. She also pushed to have my choanal astresia repair done so for the first time in my life I can also breathe out of my right nostril. If it weren't for her I would still have trouble breathing and hearing. She is a very pleasant and genuine Doctor.

I was sent to Dr. Anne Conlin by my physician after a sudden hearing loss. The staff seemed pleasant enough but I found the doctor to be a tad apprehensive towards me. She requested an MRI just to be sure. More than 4 weeks and still no phone call regarding the results. There's always a concern that there might be a tumor or worse when being sent for an MRI and it appears they have no concerns for the patient. I ended up having to call my own physician to get the results. If physicians aren't going to treat all patients the same they don't deserve to be physicians to begin with. Potential patients warned.

Dr. Ann is the best ENT I have been to and I’ve been to lots. She listens and is very thorough, kind and compassionate to her patients. She was able to diagnose my Cholesteatoma and through the mri she ordered I was made aware of an unrelated health problem that would have gone undiagnosed for years, had she not requested the test. The receptionist has always been very friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend asking your doctor to refer you to doctor Conlin.

Dr Conlin seemed pleasant enough and vocalized a procedure which would be of benefit. However...when calling to ask questions with the receptionist, I was met with an unprofessional attitude which was somewhat disturbing...feel compelled to move on to somewhere less stressful...????

Watched my husband have a minor ear surgery and lose most of his hearing in his right ear. Apon follow up visits she then determined his hearing was better? Failed to file an O.R. report and seemingly not accurate audio results led to a tough struggle returning to work for him. A bit of high ego I.M.O. and definetley overrated ????

I'd give zero stars if I had my way her and her receptionist are unprofessional rebooked my appointment 4 times when I needed to rebook she decided she was going to give her input I corrected her that it was the doctor who rebooked 4 times and not me she says she had no records of that but that was my fault as well since she didnt perform her job correctly .. I ended up stating I'd not be rebooking and I'd find another doctor .. if that's who dr. Collin has hired to be the face of her office I suggest you find another doctor if they believe your at their mercy and a rebook at their whims very unprofessionand unpleasant .. find another doctor. If you have issues with her or other doctors report them to the college of physicians and dint give them your business.. very sad sick people are rewarded this way
