Don't ever go here. Horrible staff and rude doctors. Completely unprofessional and unqualified. You're better off going right to the hospital because they won't help you at all here. The doctor here actually laughed at me and refused to help.

Went there and was seen at a reasonable time. It’s a walk in clinic so there will always be a wait. Luckily I live across the street so I can go home to wait. The first time I went there the Dr did his best to accommodate my son. The ladies at the front desk were very polite.

After sitting and waiting for over an hour to see a doctor, I am taken into a frigid office without word i.e. the doctor will be with you in a moment, or please have a seat. The doctor comes in, doesn't say anything and then leaves, leaving the door open. He does not introduce himself and proceeds to ask me what the issue is. I tell him I have something in my foot and it's causing me pain. He has a look at the thickness of skin above where there is something in my foot and declares I have a corn and I should go buy something for it in the drug store. Then silence. I ask, what's a corn, even though I known it's formed in protection. He says "skin buildup." Again silence. I say, "so what will the corn treatment do if there is something in my foot?" He says "It will soften the skin." I say "but what will that do. I have something in my foot. You can feel it." He says "Well, I'm not going to go digging around for something." I then have to ask him who will, a podiatrist? He says probably without making eye contact and writing in his notes. Not giving a S**t about me, my foot pain or about being helpful. I said on the way out, "this has been a complete waste of my time and he couldn't have been more unhelpful." Why is it that doctor's can get away with such unmannerly, unhelpful behavior and we still pay their salaries? For anyone who wants to be treated with disrespect and disregard, be sure to go to this clinic. Otherwise, you'd be better off going to emergency at the hospital. I got more from the internet than from this person pretending to be a doctor. I would put his name here but HE DIDN'T TELL ME WHAT IT WAS!!! Dr. Anne Dranitsaris

Been there twice now, different doctors. Excelent experience, doctors were friendly and explained everything. Would recomend, BUT GET THERE EARLY!!! They are a small office.

This clinic is pathetic and a waste of people's time and health. My daughter went to this clinic for an upper abdominal pain lasting more than a month. She was sent for an ultrasound and when she returned for the results, was told there was no indication of any problems. It must be a pulled muscle.....have a nice day. Ridiculous! She was so upset, she just left. Now what? Sad that this is what our health care services has been reduced to.

Lucas Norman

Rude and unprofessional.. tried to register with 15 minutes left and there was nobody in the waiting room and was told no it's to late.

Kris Miethner

Sunday hours: 9 to 12. We got there at 10:30 and they'd already stopped accepting patients. If you're going to be like that, at least let people call in and reserve a spot; we came in from out of town and got there as soon as we could. I've had great experiences there in the past but it's really hit-or-miss, and if you aren't there before they open, you're probably out of luck.

Sandra Waddell

Terrible for people that need a doctor after work (12 - 7) and are unable to use the clinic

If you get there about 30 minutes before they open (regardless of their "don't show up early) you won't be there for too too long. Doctors are a hit and miss, some take the time to listen while others are in a huge rush and just try to talk fast and get you out of there. Overall, in my opinion, faster than the emergency room (usually).

Joan Abernethy

Hit and miss. Doctors rotate so it is a different one each time. They have very little time to spend on each patient because they are so busy. That is a government failure not a problem of bad clinic staff, generally.

The front desk staff were pleasant to deal with. I believe if you are rude with them, they will respond in-kind, so people need to be mindful of that. The Doctor was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. They have masks available to cover your mouth. Overall experience was good. It's very important to read their website FAQ before visiting the clinic otherwise you will complain about one thing or the other, and end up posting a negative review. Don't expect to receive the "family doctor" experience. These guys have to process a very high volume of patients in a very short time period, so their rules are very stringent. My personal experience was 5-stars.

My wife went here for a ear infection she was prescribed amoxicillin. Well 2 weeks passed by no improvement to her ears at all. So my wife went to the hospital. While there she was told the infection was spreading and was given drops to fight the infection and inflammation, she was also told by the doctor at the E.R doctor that he should have never prescribed amoxicillin as it wont fight the infection the way the drops do. So bravo to the incompetent doctor that could have made my wife really ill with his push the patient out the door to make more money for more in and out visits.

My wife visited this clinic and came out very upset with how she was spoken too by the clinic staff. The receptionist was very abrupt, also rude and condescending. She could certainly use a course public relations. The doctor was also abrupt and had what you may say is poor bedside manners. She left the clinic frustrated and upset. Come on people, we know you are overworked and tired due to Covid, BUT stand in line. Aren’t we all, your clinic definitely needs to address these issues. This is not the first time this clinic has left a bad taste in our mouths.

I went for the first time and was very pleased with the service. I did have to wait but staff kept us informed of wait time. Dr was pleasant and knowledgeable. A great service.. one I will definitely use again if I need to
