Nice people, well organized. Only problem; the pharmacy staff aren't always straight up about things. If it's going to take an hour and a half, say that. I'll keep busy. Don't say 45 minutes and then have me sit there.

Charges a 12.99 for dispensary fees that will not fully be covered on a good benefit plan (Greenshield). They were unable to direct bill my insurance for one of my husbands prescriptions that was covered no problem at a Shoppers Drugmart in Belleville. Employees were good to deal with, but there are many other options in Picton that you will not experience this inconvenience.

They need to get staff in the pharmacy part that know what they are doing. It took 3 people to find one persons prescription. Then the person that waited on me was looking for 6 cases of boost milk in the drawers where they put peoples pills. Ummm don't think you will find 6 cases of milk there buddy. And then being told that the milk wasn't in.Time to get these people out of our pharmacies and give the job to people that know what they are doing and are English speaking

Went in to ask about flushing my ears out. The guy at the pharmacy was so extremely rude and miserable. First he acted like I was insane for asking if they had kits to do it at home, and said no like I was an imbecile for even asking (I later found 4 different kits.) Then when I asked if they had any saline solution I could buy he treated me like I was trying to use it to make drugs or something. I can’t imagine being an elderly person who can’t advocate for themselves having to deal with this kind of customer service. Absolutely brutal. Will never go back.

Rude employees, too many of them supposedly organizing shelves, but they are just hanging there mostly, non of them wearing a mask by the way, self serve machines are always broken, nobody has a clear answer or they are just annoyed by costumers asking. I will avoid this place from now on... This is without mentioning the times I have gotten the wrong prescription here.

I was being served by hannah and she was absolutely rude to me when i asked if i could use my airmiles. She ignored me while i tired To speak to her. Then i said that shes being rude and she called me names. Pls hire people that dont treat people like absolute garbage.

Shopping is ok it's very expensive but the pharmacy is horrible! They don't follow new scripts or changed dosages from the Dr's. They never had the insulin we needed it was 2 weeks checking in to see if they got it yet never did so we changed pharmacies

I recently moved to the area and moved my prescriptions from Shoppers Drug Mart. My monthly cost for medications and dispensing fees there was $156.00. At Rexall, it is $416.00 for the same medication. I was told that there is no mark-up on the medication and the dispensing fee at Rexall is $3.00 more. So how can they charge $260.00 more than SDM?

the pharmacists that I've dealt with here are miserable , I actually got yelled at by one of them last night because the prescription I've been waiting for for 2 days still wasn't ready and I stated I'd come back for it the following day. I was busy and couldn't wait for it. She told me she was going to take at least a half hour to fill it , I stated I'd come back tomorrow and started to walk away , she yells at me that I need this prescription and that how could she have gotten ready if she just got it. Extremely unprofessional !! I did not make a scene about coming back so I saw absolutely no reason for her acting that way. I'm thinking of switching pharmacies , they never have my prescription ready ( even with lots of advance notice) , I always have to wait to get it and there is only one or two friendly people who work there the rest of them act like they hate their jobs...overall a horrible customer experience.

I try to avoid Rexall because they don’t follow the Scanning Code of Practice and they overcharge regularly. But really needed something and they are much closer than the competition, so called today and asked if they had it. They said yes. So I drove into town. They don’t. So annoying.

Found the same over the counter medicine (Children's Tylenol) at Rexall was almost DOUBLE the cost of both Sobey's and at Metro (at regular price). It would lead me to believe that they have a healthier than normal margin across the board.

I received an automated phone call yesterday that my prescription was ready. I have several prescriptions, none of which was about to run out. Late this afternoon I went to the pharmacy counter and the clerk found a bag with one of my drugs in it. However, there were only 7 tablets of the ordered 100, I was told that I "might" get a call when the other 93 were available. This is a drug for high blood pressure and is widely prescribed. Why would a pharmacy in a community heavily weighted with senior citizens run out of such a drug? And though I am fairly mobile at this point, the day may come when yet another trip to the pharmacy will be difficult. This is a pattern of inefficiency in this particular pharmacy.
