Both women working were extremely rude. I had booked my G road test and I couldn’t do it because the instructor messed up and concluded I didn’t have “enough highway experience” when I drive in an 80km zone on the highway every day. She said I had to have lot of experience in a “90 or over zone” or on the 400 to do the test. I called the head office of drive test and told me that it was in any zone 80 or over. When I asked for my money back they refused to give it to me and I have to pay AGAIN to rebook my road test.

Would give a 0/5 if could. Lady was really rude from the start as soon as I walked in the building and continued to be rude during the drive test. Probably the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, would not recommend doing your road test at this facility, drive a little further and do it somewhere more pleasant.

Building is kind of hidden behind a mall, the parking lot is absolutely atrocious considering its a drive test center. Besides that inside it's your typical government building.

I finish work at 5 and have lunch from 12-1 so i cant get to the building to book a drive test physically so i tried calling and sent me to an automated responder which i gave all my information to twice and immediatly failed to help in anyway possible so then it attempts to send me to an actual person for about a split second and tells me that all the phone lines are completely busy i tried this twice so far and im running out of time to take my test before my liscence expires. Fix your service

This place look like a pig farm.. dirth and filthy , water leak from the ceiling since 6 month maybe more ??? bucket on the floor right beside the writing room "Hillbilly fix " look like a barn... That's Awful.... for a government public place......Not Impressed !!! ????????????

Location moved but signage still on old door with no sign saying new address. Lady at counter wasnt very welcoming and we had to go back 4 time. Multiple people left upset that day as we did.

If I could give them 0 stars, honestly I would. Every person I've talked to who works there is awful to deal with. They have attitude, no respect and aren't in a rush to do their job. I don't want to put anyone down here but you guys can do wayyy better. There's no sense of organization at all. Does anyone ever answer the phone too? Plus I find it ridiculous that no ones giving a heads up to the people who already had appointments. I had my G test booked ahead of all the new drivers who didn't have appointments and now I'm stuck waiting for over 3 years now.
