Hormone balancing and perimenopause help. I was feeling unwell for a year and had put on a lot of weight, hair loss and other symptoms - had no energy to train or run and was always tired - my healthy diet had not changed. I had severe pelvic pain each month. I saw Drs for almost a year and test after test including ultrasounds. Antidepressants was the recommended treatment for my symptoms from other Drs. Hormone balancing /peri menopause/ stress. I am so happy and grateful that I was introduced to bio identical hormones, correct nutrition for hormone balancing and the time Dr Bostock spent with me. He is now part of my health care team.
