A very rude receptionist, ruined my whole day :/

It took us a few months to find a family doctor when we moved to Kamloops, and in retrospect I’m glad we waited. Dr Pretorious is a great doctor really taking the time to know your family history and any previous procedures. My son had an accident and he was able to clear his schedule to see him in under 5 hours.

My family has been seeing Dr. Thomasse for years and he is always a thorough listener and has accurately diagnosed our ailments. He isn't afraid to say if he doesn't quite know something and send you for testing or to a specialist. He is kind and polite always!

Dr. Gorman is an amazing person, but his receptionist has been a problem for years. I have been at this clinic for 13 years, and I have had issues with this woman for years. She has lied to me, thrown out documents and then told me she didn't, she threatened me with "burning bridges", and her overall behaviour is aggressive, snarky and unprofessional. It makes the doctors look unprofessional.

Dr Laupland is the most amazing doctor, she is caring, capable and intelligent. The staff are wonderful too. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic.

I love my Dr he is amazing. He was there for me for the birth of both of my girls and I couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive Dr to help me get through child birth. I love that he is very upfront and honest even if you don't want to hear it!! Dr Gorman is the best Dr I have ever had.

I've been seeing Dr Gorman since his practice opened, he's very patient and caring with all of my family, very supportive when I have had reoccurring mental health issues and generally just a great doctor and person. I'm so grateful to be lucky enough to have a reliable family doctor, and such a nice one to boot! Reception and nursing staff are also great, caring people as well. Thank you to the whole clinic!

Dr. Laupland is a wonderful physician! She genuinely cares about my medical concerns and that of my young children. She is professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable in her field. Amanda, her receptionist, always brightens my day, is relatable and easy to talk to. A+ service for this busy, downtown office. I trust these ladies with my family's health whole heartedly!

dr Gorman is the worst of the worst,many years ago I went to him looking for support with my aging mom with dementia and all he said was you have a dysfunctional relationship with your mom because I was looking after her with absolutely no help.....he said to put her in the care home and get on with your life...I said you have no idea who I am .....he oviously never had a relationship with his mother and I can see why she abandon him the worstb dr I've ever been too no wonder prince George didn't want him.....ive spoke with many people over the years and not one sid anything good about him....don't trust him he one of the bad drs in Kamloops...my moms in heaven and I got the support from interior health at home and mom passed away at peace at home and I'm very proud I stayed and gave her the highest level of care according to dr's who looked after her medical needs....thank god I believed in myself...and not some quack dr....named poorman I mean Gorman...hes the furthest thing from a man....don't get him even if hes the last dr on earth....

The doctor is good. But for some reason they can't take calls in the afternoon but are open till 430 daily... So good luck getting ahold of them
