Absolutely amazing customer service. Few days ago my wife and I ordered a couple salads and there was a few ingredients missed. She called and the manager Amrinder hooked us up! People make mistakes but they went above and beyond to make it right.

Good location, windows on three sides provide a nice view and great food. Cashier was older and a bit rough, felt rushed (with no one else in line) to ask questions about getting extra items. Paid, grabbed our food and left.

Love going there! Most of the Staff are super friendly. Only pet peeve I have is they don't keep a lid on the onions so sometimes it gets into the other vegetables and I have a severe onion allergy, but the Staff are really good about changing their gloves and use a clean knife. :)

I really appreciate them having their full dining room open during Covid. I was on a road trip with a 1 year old and 3 year old, and we had to get them out of the truck. Great covid prevention measures in place and well staffed. Child seats available too!

Staff here are friendly and fast, even in the face of a long line. The place is always clean and - unlike a lot of other fast food places in town - not too loud with the overhead music. I stop by this location often, and I've never had wilty leaves, soggy veggies, or sauce overdoses. The condiments are always fresh and stocked, and the staff are careful in getting your order as specified.

Went to Subway today for supper and ordered my usual and as I get to the sneeze guard window that looks down on all our food I noticed that the chicken and the steak are no longer in those really nice packets instead they have these spoons so now instead of getting a measured amount you're getting what they think you should and I watched him scoop up my steak and then empty scoop out half of it with his other hand and it put it on my cell but I don't do that he's like don't do that not make a scene because there's a whole bunch of people so here's what I'm saying people you are not going to get what you pay for now they're going to get what you think you should get and it's kind of sad because I like Subway and when I order double steak and cheese I always got double meat double cheese and tonight I ordered exactly the same thing and I got half the amount of steak I usually get because every time he would take a scoop he would scoop out half of it so the sub was okay but the service sucked and the fact that they're taking away those little measurement things really sucks now you're not even getting a proper measurement I'm not being cranky and I'm not being spiteful and just telling the truth

Disappointed....workers consistently talking amongst themselves in their native tounge. One of their own lined up beside me....then she totally orders from the side and pays for it from the side by washroom doors. Had to explain 5 x the toppings to be placed on 1st sub. And pizza sub not even heated on 2nd order.

I will never go here again! Ordered 5 meals yesterday. Paid debit. Looked like it went through. Manager said their computer was down. I asked for a refund notice or receipt. Manager indicated it was my fault. Service like this I will not put up with.

Terrible service. They didn’t speak much English so it was very hard to communicate with them. They were out of lettuce, soup and Italian bread. The guy kept walking away and doing other things while I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Numerous people walked out because it took them forever to do anything. Worst service ever. It took me 20 minutes to get one sub because they kept walking away, didn’t understand anything you said to them. I’m very disappointed with the service I got

At one time the meals and staff were great however about a year ago the store changed managers and franchise owner and I noticed a great difference in cleanliness and delivery of food, staff were not properly cleaning counters or using gloves or hairnets when making sandwiches hence I haven't been back to see if it has changed
