I have nothing but great things to say about Snore MD Kamloops. Would recommend to anyone seeking help with determining if they have sleep apnea. From the beginning to the end, both Barbara and Michelle were consistently helpful. Firstly to determine I had sleep apnea, they allowed me to sleep test multiple nights till I felt I had a real deep sleep that in fact showed apnea/and low oxygen levels. They contacted my family doctor for a prescription for CPAP therapy so that I was ensured my insurance would cover me prior to my purchase. Barbara fitted me with a quiet machine (which my partner appreciates) and with some trial and error, helped me find the right nose pillow to fit my comfort level. There was regular scheduled follow up appointments and phone calls made according to my availability. And in the end, I can confidently say after 2.5 months on the machine and using it as regularly as possible, I am left with better quality sleep, MUCH more energy in the day, clearer head, no headaches or brain fog in the mornings, and no need for naps half way through the day. On top of it all, after I bought the CPAP machine, Snore MD sent me a cheque for $200 as part of their "Care for Life" rebate program. Might sound too good to be true, but believe it! Very happy with my decision to come to this clinic. Thank you Barbara and Michelle!

My wife noticed that I seemed to be struggling to breathe at night and so after a bit of research online, I contacted Snore MD in Kamloops. They were super helpful and informative when I first contacted them and they set up an appointment right away. The home testing was actually quite easy and not intimidating at all. They then reviewed my results with me and set me up with an Airsense 10 CPAP, and my results have been fantastic! ???? They also looked after all of the insurance paperwork which was really impressive. I honestly can't say enough good things about them, from the helpful texts and emails, to booking short yet informative appointments, they are a fantastic company and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for help or information about their health.

I was nervous about starting this therapy, but the ladies at the Kamloops location made it so easy and comfortable for me. Went over everything thoroughly and have provided amazing support, feedback and encouragement along the way. I probably should have done this years ago! It's amazing what a solid nights sleep will do for oneself!! The first couple of days were a bit challenging, but now after 2 weeks of being on therapy, I'm seeing the positive results and feeling a lot more comfortable with the unit.
