I am a very nervous patient and I dread going to the dentist. Dr Natalee Peeters and her staff do an incredible job. I must have had a bad experience when I was young because I remember the injections to freeze my mouth hurting like hell. At this Dentists I don't feel a thing. If you are looking for a dentist that is calming and who explains exactly what is required and why, this is the place for you.

We got reccomended to Dr.Bowmeester by our midwife for a consult on his tongue tie. We met Kris at our consult and he was very nice, and not at all pressuring us to do it or not. He gave us the information we needed and we decided to proceed with the laser. It was a very fast procedure and hard to listen to your baby be in pain but him and his two dental assistants were so nice and calm and gave us our space for breastfeeding and diaper changes. He called us that night to check on our son and I really appreciated him reaching out like that! We have seen him 2 more times since, for follow up check ups on the insition and my husband and I find him super professional and we would highly reccomend him to anyone! His assistants are great as well and same with his front end staff! Thank you so much to you all!

Staff are amazing, friendly, and were great with dealing with my dental anxiety. By far the best dental care I've ever recieved and I feel grateful to have found such a kind and patient clinic. Would highly recommend to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist.

Dr.B did my daughters lip and tongue tie procedure. He is great with children, and very clear when explaining what he will be doing, pre op, and after care. Had a great experience here and would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Peeters is, IMHO, simply amazing. Over my 70 years I've been to many dentists, most of whom seemed to be unable to perform "painless dentistry". Dr. Peeters is a wizard with a freezing syringe and I can honestly say she is the only dentist I have used that doesn't cause pain or distress; not to mention she seems to really care for her patients. Thanks Dr. Peeters, I really appreciate your great work!

i visited in early December for a cleaning. The assistant was very young and unqualified. She immediately requested i sit down and she started getting out a bunch of xray supplies and i asked if this was covered under my medical. She had no idea and didn't know how to check. I wasn't very happy that they had not even checked my coverage let alone did not know how to check this. After waiting for them to figure this out they proceeded with the xrays.. She completed those tasks then i sat and waited in the chair a while longer. Finally the dentist that had been recommended to me arrived to advise i had no cavities but needed a cleaning, to which i stated that was why i was there. She informed me that this appointment was only for xrays and that process had taken to long to do the cleaning that day. I was sent out to waiting area, where i waited again. There system was "down" and they couldn't book an appointment but said they would call me.. I didn't here from anyone for weeks.. So i called back to inquire. No answer, Tried calling again, no answer. Left a message. Finally days later i received a call back. Booked the appointment they gave me for 2 months later.. A month later i attempted to call and cancel, again no one to answer the phones.. Tried multiple times, left a message. They never called back. The day of the appointment they called to ask my whereabouts to which i stated and had called and left a message. They said they were having system problems again. Now again i am trying to call and book a cleaning and cant get a hold of anyone, no one answers the phone. I moved to Kamloops from a small town, and even the last dentist provided: sunglasses, a tv to watch, multiple chairs, prizes for kids, etc. Terrible customer service , no one to answer phones Inexperienced staff, without looking into patient coverage's prior to arrival or procedures Poor time management I would not recommend or return here. I will continue to look for a family dentist
