I've been going to Dr. Daryl for 40 years. He's the best. His quality of work & professionalism both stand the test of time. His staff are always very friendly & courteous, as is he.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Saw doctor Li, and his receptionist Trish was extremely rude. We got charged 270$ 2 weeks later, for what was supposed to be a consultation and they did xrays that were not covered by FNHA/Status without asking/telling me. I called back to question why we got the charge and was called honey and sweetheart in a very condescending tone and then told I should just go to a different dentist when I mentioned I sought legal help to understand the situation. I then called her superior who told me that they do everything perfectly and that she has never even read the 5 steps on the FNHA page for accepting it. This clinic is racist and try to gauge money out of you.

Dr. Dali Li is a very good dentist that is caring and gentle. And he always has kind assistants that are good at understanding what you are saying with your mouth stuck open. Would absolutely recommend!

I love this dentist office. My first impression was wonderful as I felt each and every person made an effort to get to know me. I am a university student with an unpredictable schedule, so almost every time I make an appointment I end up having to reschedule. This particular time Hilary helped me reschedule and got me in even earlier than my expected date. Despite me being difficult to stick with an appointment, she was delightful to speak with and I hung up the phone with a smile on my face. Thank you sahali dental, please know your efforts do not go unnoticed and I greatly appreciate them.

My niece saw Dr Li on Oct30 for a few fillings. He hurt her terribly by not waiting at all for the freezing to take effect and tried to continue when she CLEARLY said NO IT HURTS! He butchered her gum which ended up with infection that took her to a medical clinic on Nov4 for antibiotics. She was in so much pain.

Called to ask a simple question and Sue, the floor manager seemed too inconvenienced to even find out the answer. It was 8:40 in the morning and perhaps she needed another cup of coffee but as the manager one would think when asked a simple dental question she could have least put me on hold and got up from her desk to find out. I wouldn't spend my money at any office that seems totally uninterested answering simple dental questions. She sounded half asleep and put off telling me I should phone a different office. Oh I will call a different office Sue- your welcome!
