I was in Kamloops on vacation when I experienced an urgent dental issue. After calling multiple offices Riverside made me an appointment for an hour after my call. The front end staff, hygienist and doctor were all exceptional. The doctor explained what was going on answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the plan. They then forwarded everything to my home dental office. The service at Riverside was outstanding.

Normally I don't write reviews but honestly I had such a good dental experience I had to. As everyone else I was dreading my dental visit . I forgot my dentist name i'm sorry however he was amazing. I didn't even feel the needle for freezing and after my work I still didn't feel a thing. The staff was all very friendly and professional. If there is such a thing this was a very pleasant dental experience for me and I'd like to thank everyone for the help they provided and the great job. Price was great too,half of what I expected to pay. Thanks to everyone at Riverside from tge reception to the Dr thankyou so much you are all life savers.!!!

I had an issue with kamloops dental centre, the dentist left cuts all over my cheeks, and my fillings came out that I started choking while eating! I called Riverside Dental and they had me in that day.. 2 hours later actually. Phenomenal dentists and hygienists! He fixed me up in the matter of a week! I wouldn’t recommend any other dentist office other than Riverside Dental! As well.. I struggled with having a deep seeded fear of dentists and going into a dentist office since I was a child. At the age of 52 I still had not had a regular dentist. I would go once maybe twice to the same office and would never go back. Sometimes going 2 to 3 years without seeing a dentist due to this debilitating fear. My daughter Carlie started going to Riverside Dental and had overcome her anxiety. I convinced myself that I would give it a try. First visit I shook so bad and felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. My 2nd visit I panicked so bad that I couldn't remember where the office was then stood outside late for my appointment because I couldn't walk in. Iam old, I see and deal with a lot of trauma in my job. I should not have this reaction. Not once did I ever feel like my fear was childish or not valid. The staff and my dentist help me work through my anxiety. They didn't have magic words or good movies or music to distract me. They took their time, had patience, and was very understanding. I look forward to having the same hygienist every appointment. She shares her family stories and adventures she gets updated on my adventures and we laugh. I still have panic attacks prior to arriving, but they are no longer debilitating. Thank you to the staff at Riverside Dental, I am working towards having a nice smile again. Angie Lovell ????????

If you fear dentists, you don’t have to. I had an emergency. Mary called me back as soon as possible to make an appointment for the same day and did all the information with the insurance. The assistant was very polite and supportive. She was always around me , checked how I’m feeling and explained the situation. Dr. Aaron Podorieszach is professional, friendly, careful and respects your wishes. Nothing hurts. The team is very professional and human. I highly appreciate and recommend this team!!!
