I went here to get my eye exam done as well as get some contact lenses, Dr. VROOM was very personable and answered all the questions I had, one of the best places I've been for an eye exam & much more. Definitely recommending this place to anyone. Thank you for helping me see properly again ????

A negative score would be better. I understand and realize that an appointment is necessary with the current times, but we just stopped by to look at frames. The store was empty but the older lady refused us because they said they were booked up with an empty store in front of us. Other glass places in town have let me in to look with no notice at all. They really don't want people's busy.

We literally just happened to walk by and thought, why not get my glasses straightened- which I had bought elsewhere. We got first class service at no charge. As a result of their kindness, my dad's prescription was also redone and the end result? New glasses were not necessary, just needed a small adjustment. My mom ended up getting a summer deal and got two pairs of glasses, progressive views and all the rest for a very affordable price and quite stylish for 77 years old! Rino and his team are honest, efficient, qualified and quick. They stayed with us right until 5.30 on a Friday and we were never made to feel like a bother; instead like old friends coming for a visit. We will for sure go back. It's nice to find a good place you can count on.

Great place to get your glasses and contact lenses. I've always come here since I moved to Kamloops 7 years ago. Someone went above and beyond during my last visit (and thinking outside the box!) and I really appreciated it. They quality of their lenses is very similar to the more expensive ones at other places and when they are on sale, they are probably the best price in town. They now have an optometrist on site as well, which adds more convenience!

I just went in with broken sunglasses that I love to buy a new screw to fasten an arm, and they repaired it in front of me for no charge! Great selection, helpful staff, and a treat to visit.

Just had an eye exam today. Dr Kayla Vroom is fantastic. So knowledge and easy to talk to. She really knows her stuff. The best eye exam I have ever had. I went in and it was all great i ordered a pair of gucci glasses and they were amazing then the 22nd and 23rd they were supposed to arrive and then i ended up making another appointment to talk on the 23rd of june and they gave me the 8th of july and i paid for my other glasses the 15th of june after my first eye test on june 8th Glasses and im pretty sure i paid the 770.50 for a second pair aswell because they forced a new eye exam and glasses because apparently i was not in their files.

Dr. Vroom is super professional , friendly and knowledgeable. I felt really comfortable and that she was really making an effort to make sure I understood each step of the process. Would highly recommend. They carry some really nice frames too- great brands (Gucci, Ray Ban etc.)

Went in for an eye exam and Dr Vroom was friendly, fast, and efficient. My eye exam took less than 20 minutes and she has a modern set up with the latest technology. I honestly don't know how my experience could have been better!

I have been going there for over 5 years and they are always helpful. They have helped with frames and contact lenses as well as my eye exam. I was able to get an appointment right away with choices of times and dates. They always help me with my forms I need to fill out to use my benefits instead of having to wait for a reimbursement.I live 2 hours drive away and this really helps me on cutting my costs.

I spoke with Megan (I believe) on the phone to book my appointment. She was so cheerful and friendly. On the day of my appointment, I called the morning of to see if there were any earlier spots/ cancelations as I had an appointment for 2:15pm. They had a cancelation that morning and told me I could come in at that time instead. I was a few minutes late but they still welcomed me in and were able to complete the exam on time. They're all so very kind. Dr. Vroom is very good at her job and was able to answer all my questions. She has such a nice, approachable demeanor and much like the staff, she is also very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team!!
