Most unethical doctor and staff I have ever had to deal with. I am a nursing student and I've never been so degraded and violated in my life by both the staff and Dr. Pasula. The staff will shout your medical information across the office and even at you. I've witnessed numerous people storm out in tears followed by the doctor spewing insults and personal information at them and you will be banned from the office if you say anything about the way they carry themselves. I have never felt so at risk with my personal information or my safety quite frankly. I have reported this behaviour to the College of physicians and surgeons and was met in return with threats from the Dr of reports about me, to whom or about what I have no idea. Initial phone call and making an appointment was relatively painless and made me hopeful for a smooth appointment. The day off the appointment I arrived 5 minutes early, verified location and waited in my car till the appointment. I expected a call as all doctors are doing during covid. Waited a few more minutes and started calling to verify my appointment time. I kept calling standing in front of the door and had the pleasure of watching them ignore me, an absolute delight. Eventually another person was let in and I was able to ask him if someone could talk to me. A couple minutes later I was told it was my own fault, gee thank you! Question, what is the point in having a phone when two people sitting there can’t answer it. Is this special skill set no longer taught?

Their women's clinic was able to get me in the next day. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Further, I had a phone appointment with Dr. Basura a few weeks ago, and he was very knowledgable, patient and helpful. Thankful for this small, efficient walk-in clinic.

I would not recommend even contacting this establishment. The reception is incredibly rude. Earlier this week I had called about a WCB claim. The receptionist I spoke with, Katelyn, clearly had no idea how the claims process works. She had told me that she would ask to find out, and call me back the following day. A week went by and I did not hear a thing. I called the clinic again today and was told by this girl that they could process WorkBC claims, and WCB claims, but not WCB Alberta claims. That is not the case, as WCB is WCB and WCB has already approved out of province treatment. This girl was too lazy to make any effort to help. If you are injured and are in need of treatment, I would not recommend this clinic as they clearly have no interest in helping their patients.

My fiancé and myself have been to the awesome Chiropractor here on several occasions and have had nothing but a professional, pleasant and effective experience. This clinic is not a traditional "Medical Walk in Clinic" but it is a great clinic of health professionals that are doing an amazing job to make peoples health and lives better. The front staff are nothing but pleasant and helpful. I really don't understand the bad reviews on here. I have nothing but good experiences here and I encourage anyone who requires these services to ignore the bad reviews and see for yourself!

The team at Kinetic are fantastic! Great group of health professionals that offer a good variety of health and wellness services. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful, informative, and kind! The clinic is extremely clean with a very welcoming environment, will definitely go back! Highly recommend them!

My hubby and I saw Dr. Rodrigues, and we are very impressed! He did a thorough review and checked our whole back. With the combination of Dr. Rodrigues' technique & his awesome "drop table", my hubby was able to get the right side of his neck adjusted for the first time ever (and he's seen many chiropractors )!!! Kudos to Dr.Rodrigues!!

They refused me service when I showed up to my appointment because I am a nurse during a pandemic. I explained that I am trained how to appropriately use PPE and am diligent in doing so and that I had tested negative 3 days prior as part of random staff testing. I told them I have never been contacted by public health and told to self isolate and to top it off I'm vaccinated. Dr. Roy Rodrigues said "sorry I draw the line here" and ushered me out of the building. This situation was utterly insulting and discriminatory!

I work at Royal Inland Hospital and was refused chiropractic services about two weeks ago by Roy Rodriguez at Kinetic Energy. I have called and left multiple voicemails regarding getting my X-rays I paid for sent to a new clinic. No one will call me back or answer me. Very very disappointed with this treatment after I’ve been using this clinic for over 4 years.

I went to the doctor at this clinic for stomach issues and he tried to prescribe me antidepressants. I actually have a hyper mobility disorder and needed a referral to a rheumatologist. He doesn't care and won't listen to women. Go anywhere else and you'll get a better doctor. I would give 0 stars if i could. The doctors response to this review proves they have no interest in determining peoples actually problems. Ehlors danlos sydrome often has IBS, Chrons disease, and ulcerative colitis as co-morbitities. He sucks, dont go
