The last few times I've brought my bottles back, the guy that counted them either can't count, or was ripping me off. I'm not talking 20 cans. I'm talking 300 cans! This location used to be very honest and I've been going there for years. Now, I count my bottles and cans and take pictures first before I cash them in. It's annoying. They are doing you a favor by taking your bottles.... You paid up front for them.

Very busy recycling depot. This is pretty much your one stop shop for recycling glass, house metals, Styrofoam and returnables for refund, etc, etc. Friendly and helpful staff.

Don't get full refund. Messy. Bad service. They let walk ins go ahead of the drivers waiting to return and recycle and wont do anything about it even tho so many people complain. Taking my returns to Halston Depot. (Their garden store isn't any better... rude staff.)

Always a good experience here. Attendants are nice, friendly and efficient, most have a smile and are happy to show you where everything goes. The line up for vehicles could be better marked out as people who don't go there are unsure how to line up. In the summer, if you are allergic to bees, be prepared as there are alot of bees.

What a joke this place is. They don't give you full price on deposits and they claim things don't have a deposit value when it's stamped on the product return for refund. Just scammers at this place.

I went first thing in the morning and was surprised to find only 1 other vehicle unloading. Quick, easy and convenient service. I'm not use to someone else sorting our bottles but the young man helping me was efficient and friendly. The refund amounts are docked of course but I was out in a few minutes compared to 15+ mins it would normally take elsewhere with sort your own. Will try again for sure.

They don't give you all your money for your returns. Rip offs! Poor customer service, Poor management, poor safety standards. Constant confusion and agitation with bottle returner drivers, walk ins, and recyclers. Not safe! The business needs to find a solution. General Grant's is responsible to provide a clear, safe, and efficient means of transaction. We will be getting ALL of our money back at the one on the Halston with no hassles..
