When I visit the doctor which is rare as I keep pretty active and healthy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is always a quick visit but Dr Ferrel always gives you the straight up on what is it that he feels is necessary for you to keep healthy.

The receptionist was the rudest and most unhelpful person ever, she constantly interrupted me and didn't phone me back about a patient inquiry. The next day my workmate phoned to inquire about the same patient and she hung up on him and refused to answer the phone the next 4 times he phoned. There is no room for this kind of unprofessional attitude in our health care system.

He is a bit sexist and undermines your concerns. Had a female medical issue that he assumed to not be a problem. Got a second opinion. He was wrong. Now have proper pain medication and understand what is going on with body. Left his practice and have been happier since.

If I could give minus stars, I would. Nice having a family doctor in town since people have such a hard time finding one these days. But going here is almost not even worth your time. Better off going to a walk in clinic. At least the time they tell you to be there is on time. Had an appointment booked for 4pm today.. still sitting in the waiting room at 520.

Nice clean office with friendly staff. May not always be on time, but doesn't make you feel rushed either.
