Her Receptionist is very helpful and Dr Pusztai pushes her patients to challenge themselves instead of just taking pharmaceuticals. She is a very good human being.

As a former patient...avoid this "doctor" at all costs. As long as you're doing what she wants you to do, everything's fine...but as soon as you tell her you don't appreciate being spoken to a certain way, or don't subscribe to certain treatment modalities...the gloves come off. Physician's don't refer to her for a reason unless there's absolutely no other choice and the "clinical counsellors" who work with, for the most part, are as dysfunctional as she is. She wrote letters to other healthcare providers containing false information, and refused to give me a copy of my Records...even when told to do by the College of Physicians and Surgeons. She was also found to have engaged in breaching ethical doctor/patient boundaries by the same regulatory body....it's available on the website. Find someone else if your goal is to truly get better.

Don't see this psychiatrist if you can help it. She will book you appointments without telling you, and then when you miss the appointment, she adds it to your permanent record so you can't see any other psychiatrists.

Unbelievably uncompassionate policies and staff for an office that is supposed to deal with mental health issues.

Hours make her impossible to get ahold of, and they barely ever seem to answer the phone. She was rude, and refused to use my desired pronouns. Her staff was also very unhelpful.
