I have had severe chronic back pain over 11 years. I have seen countless specialist, gone to many different types of clinics and tried many things always with the promise of pain relief. Thousands of dollars later and having been prescribed many different types of medications over the years I was not much better and it took all my strength to get through my day. I have been to many other naturopaths and Dr. Prescott has hands down been the best one I've ever gone to. We are a family of four (two young children, my husband and myself) and we have all gone to see her over the course of 6 months (and still ongoing). She has a calming but assuring character - one in which is important when dealing with not only children, but the parents as well. She has helped our family with allergies, skin issues, reoccurring flus, poor immune system and weight loss. She truly cares for her patients and their success in achieving their optimal level of health. I would (and already have) recommended Dr. Prescott to anyone.

I was really excited to get my eating back on track with some professional guidance and sound nutritional advice. With each visit there was a promise of addressing my nutritional concerns on the next appointment, which was never followed through with. Instead, I got put through the typical naturopathic sales routine which included the usual pile of unwanted tests and supplements. Hundred of dollars down the drain, without any personalized coaching on what I should be eating. I gave two stars because she is a very nice person and seems to be helping other people who come to her.

I saw Dr. Prescott last year for advanced stage of endometriosis that was causing me worsening debilitating pain -- and the possibility of it making me infertile was very concerning to me. I can honestly say she is a terrific doctor, and I'm so glad I sought her. I had such a compromised gut to start, and she put me on a cleanse and gave me a good dietary outline that helped me tremendously even with my hormonal problems. I hadn't felt so healthy, energetic, and well in years following her cleanse. After just a few months of following her advice I actually conceived and have been maintaining a healthy, smooth pregnancy for 5 months now. Her products helped me so much also, they really were quality and didn't compare to what I could've gotten at most health food stores myself. They helped my body heal naturally without making me reliant on them. Dr. Prescott is a reputable physician for a reason; she is sincere, knowledgeable, and honest. She was a true answer to prayer for me. My body has been on an upscale to great health. And for anyone that doesn't know, conceiving after 11 years of endometriosis is considered a miracle by many. I'm so grateful for her work.

Before seeing Dr. Prescott I wasn't very familiar with what a naturopathic doctor does. She offers the best comprehensive care I have ever seen. She pays close attention to details and listens well to my symptoms. I have seen her for my neck and shoulder pain. She uses a technique very different than other conventional therapies for muscle pain which relieves the knots immediately. I have also seen her for my persistent cough I was suffering from for almost 2 months. She came up with a treatment plan which has helped me recover very well. I’m so grateful to have found Dr Prescott five years ago, and I have no plans on leaving her side. I started seeing her for back pain treatment after every doctor I saw, prescribed me pain killers as the first and only resort. As someone in their 20’s that didn’t sit right with me. Recently I had a consultation with Dr. Robyn Prescott to discuss a car accident I had in July 2015. I will be forever grateful to Dr Robyn for her life-altering treatments. By the time I got to see her, in December of 2020, I was a broken man. I was experiencing upwards of 20 severe back-spasms per day, and was in constant pain and discomfort. I had received a rhizotomy procedure, prolotherapy, physiotherapy, and massages, but NOTHING was helping and by now... I was also depressed and feeling helpless and hopeless. At only 49, it appeared that my career, and life as I knew it, could be over. Within 10 minutes of meeting Dr Prescott, I had a sense that she was actually going to be able to help me. It was obvious that she had great knowledge in treating back problems and chronic pain conditions. Rather than relying on the x rays and scans, she examined me and was able to tell me that she could feel the hypertension and little bundles of knotted nerves in my back. She clearly explained what she believed was happening to me, and why. Whereas other practitioners had been saying: "maybe it's this or it could be that", Dr Prescott sounded very confident in her diagnosis and, more importantly, in her abilities to treat the condition successfully. I received her neural therapy treatments over the next several months (weekly at first, then bi-weekly, monthly, etc). I was almost afraid to believe that I could have a healthy back again, but the relief started after the second treatment and progressed steadily thereafter. I can work, and play again, and it feels amazing! I have my quality of life back, as well as living symptom-free and with a smile on my face! Robyn is very approachable, warm and caring. She is highly skilled in the work that she is doing. I wish that everyone out there who is living with a chronic pain condition could be blessed enough to get treated by her. I found Dr. Prescott on my own after decades of increasing pain due to a history of severe childhood abuse. After years of just “dealing with” the rising pain, I was put on unwanted but much needed pain medication, only agreeing to taking it as a short-term remedy while seeking out a permanent solution.
