If I could do zero stars, I would. Extremely poor communication. Stopped answering texts, never answered phone calls, not to mention he drove off from the house when I went to let him in the yard. Absolute waste of time. Would recommend literally any other pet waste removal company.

Literally one of the worst people I’ve ever met. He bashes customers on his Facebook page, posts confidential information about his customers, is EXTREMELY disrespectful, and doesn’t reply to customers. Absolute waste of time, don’t waste yours or your money!!! If 0 stars was an option he would get that!!!

We booked them in for a spring initial clean, followed by weekly cleans. They booked us in for the first 2 dates and then never showed up. When I attempted to get ahold of them they never returned my message. I still have yet to hear from them and it's been almost a month since the first date they were supposed to show up.
