I lost track of the days and almost missed my appointment, but when I called, they were willing to go above and beyond and have an early lunch so that I could go in at 12 instead of 11am! I love going to this dentist office. Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental assistants to the dentist herself is absolutely wonderful. I went here needing a second opinion and within one appointment I knew this was the right dentist for me. They even called to check up on me after I had two of my teeth removed! I feel so cared for here.

I had my teeth examined and cleaned by Columbia Dental. It was a refreshing experience. The staff (Deniel, Kim, Hardick and Sabbath and Dr. Felian) were very courteous and true professionals. I got great recommendations of what to do to take good care of my teeth. I would recommend those who need a dentist to try Columbia Dental.

There are a lot of dentists in Kamloops, but few are as gifted, competent and professional as this doctor. She saved me and my son the teeth that other dentists gave up on. So I can say with total confidence that Dr. Cabael is a pro and a local miracle worker.

Excellent experience! I am visiting Kamloops from out of town and needed emergency dental work. Columbia Dental was able to see me and provide treatment in the same day and were so kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

The office completely messed up my husbands insurance claim last week and we are now in the process of getting it straightened up. It has turned something normally very easy into a complete and utter nightmare. The office submitted multiple claims unnecessarily and now our insurance is effectively blocked. First time we go to this office. We sent supplemental forms to the dentists’ office to be completed (as requested by the insurance co) and we have received nothing back from the office. We are now effectively “chasing” them.. Very disappointed with the admin support in this office. Never had this happen in 40 years of dental visits to dozens of offices across the country. It’s too bad as the dentist is amazing. Very good work done. Not sure we would go back though. The office is also very slow in helping us out. I would have expected this to be cleared up by now. I Will provide an update on this review next week.

Very grateful to this Dental practice. I am visiting Kamloops and broke a piece off of my tooth. Desperately needed to see a dentist right away. They were extremely accommodating. Dr. Romey Jaswal, and the dental assistant (sorry I didn’t get your name), as well as the front desk staff were extremely pleasant to deal with. I felt totally safe and comfortable in their hands. The Dentist and assistant were very caring and were careful not to prevent me from further pain during my procedure. I thought it would be an expensive visit since I was from out of province, but was very pleasantly surprised at the cost. They certainly seem to care more about the patient than anything else. If I lived in Kamloops, they would definitely be my dental clinic…very very grateful, thanks!

Dr Romey is an incredible man, he spent the time to listen to my story and treat me like a person not a number. Ive always been self-conscious of my smile but never had the courage to do something about it. Dr. Romey was so thorough and explained all my options and made me excited to visit the dentist. Everyone at Columbia are so kind and caring I can’t wait for my next cleaning!

Well let me share a short story with you. I am from the north country where I have lived on moose meat and beans most my life !! On arrival in Kamloops my first priority was to get my teeth fixed . Went to 3 different dentist they said I had to pull them all. On checking out Columbia Dental ,, Felian Cabael advised me my wisdom teeth needed removed plus 2 more . So she saved all my teeth except for four , now I have the biggest brightest smile ever. So fortunate and grateful for her care and professionalism .
