I’d recommend the Rickards Red on tap. If you are feeling like exploring new things, it’s a smooth pour, lightly carbonated brew ale that features a slight hoppy bitterness that’s balanced with some sort of candy-like caramel malt sweetness. I asked the staff member and she said it is brewed using a Munich Malt with a touch of brewer's caramel. That’s what you taste, along with the striking, ruby red appearance making it highly crushable. A perfect complement for grilled meats, (and bandera bread). Another classic brewed with malts from the Váterland ????????. Prost! ????

No better way to refresh yourself on a balmy central interior summer's day than with a quick stop at this fine establishment for a cheeky chicken parm and a crispy Boston sized glass of Molson Canadian. We did just that on our trip from Rock Creek up to our little slice of paradise in Prince George. Great spot to watch those damn Canuckle-heads lose to a top class organization like the Calgary Flames as well!

Seen some seriously funny stuff here today, I've posted a pic of a wing platter and that's exactly how the plate was served! Wings were decent but where did all the veggies go ? Server eat them on the way over? Did they fall off the plate in transport? Or was that all they had left? They served a big tub of dip for two veggies?! Something missing here guys. Also no cutlery was provided, no napkins, I had to retrieve them myself from the bar. We sat without drinks for 3/4 of our meal while we could clearly see them pre made sitting on the bar getting warm. Not too impressed this time around, our server was more interested in another table that had her friends sitting there.

We have tried delivery from here quite a few times always in high hopes that it will be great. Unfortunately, we are always disappointed.... Food usually comes luke warm, they always forget items or get them wrong. When we call, they are always great and send up the appropriate food but that means one family member has to wait while everyone else is eating. For the price of it, we expect excellence and are let down everytime.

Boston Pizza, for the few that have never heard of it, is a solidly "ok" restaurant. Okay food, but not anything to rave about. A bit pricy for what you get, although the service is usually top notch. Expect to spend $30+ per person

NYE takeout visit: If I get COVID this week it was likely caught in this waiting area. Folks kept packing in and there were over 10-14 people in that small space the entire time I waited to pay and get my food. I did appreciate my food being ready at the scheduled time and it was hot and done perfectly. Last dining room visit: Staff wore masks, food consistent, only prices continue to creep up ($1 on some items vs last year) as the menu shrank.

Came here for my Birthday lunch & was so impressed with everything. My order came out in just 10 mins & was delicious ???? I thought I would just get a scoop of icecream but I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to choose any dessert off the menu. Service has almost always been good. The food is pretty standard bag and boil variety food with nothing that really jumps out except the pizza. I find the BP Pizza is among the best when comparing it to the other fast food pizza places like Pizza Hut and Dominoes. The prices are a little high IMO. It's good but it won't blow your socks off. Always clean from my experience.

Over the last 4 years and 20 months, I’ve had the privilege of stopping by this BP on route to Shambhala from my hometown of Squamish BC. While I don’t necessarily enjoy Boston sized beers, I can attest to the mushroom pizza (ITS OUTTA THIS WORD). If you’re on route to The Farm, make sure to stop in and say hi to all the friendly faces :) PS: message to all of you going to the Farm, this is a great location to catch a ride and hitch hike from as its close to the trans-Canada! Last year I was here for a dinner date and I was disappointed by my club sandwich, I let it slide because I’d had better experiences here. Tonight we decided to give them a second chance and I’m afraid it was worse than I expected. The staff was friendly, and the nachos were a decent size, but barely had enough salsa for the top layer. The pizza was missing cheese and tasteless, we added shrimp to it and they skimped out on all the other toppings. My sons pizza was also missing half the toppings we’ve had at other Boston Pizza’s and my wife didn’t finish her salad it was that bad. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Boston Pizza, the one in Kelowna and Vancouver are good, but both times I’ve been here I’ve been very disappointed. I won’t give it a 1 Star because my sons birthday 4 years ago here was good, but based on my recent experience they can certainly improve.

Unimpressed. Called to order a pizza...downtown location was closed...sahali location took ages to determine whether or not the could deliver to us (by the hospital). Finally she said we could and took my order and phone number. Screwed up and put it as pick up, and no one ever called me. After 75 minutes I called to see where it was and they immediately apologized, told me what happened and insisted on remaking the pizza...and took a whopping 10% off the bill. Not good enough. We had out of towners here for a meeting, they were hungry and had asked me to order them a pizza, and the end result was the meeting started almost an hour late, our guests were grouchy, the pizza was average at best, and we will never order from them again. Waiting 90 minutes on a single large pizza is completely unacceptable.

The food was okay. Cactus cuts (potatoes) were good as per usual. The shrimp tacos would have been lovely but for some reason were doused in lime juice which is the only thing I tasted. The thin crust cherry tomato and basil pizza was surprisingly tasteless and half the pizza was just crust with gnarly grocery store quality Italian seasoning on it. Upside- our server was lovely.

As a former water bottle jockey for the kootenay Ice, I yearn for any experience that mimics the atmosphere of a full arena, fresh ice, and a spicy rivalry. The Boston pizza here delivers the goods and then some. With frothy buds on tap, my bros by my side, and the big game on, it’s almost more electric in there than the initial puck drop of the 2002 memorial cup playoffs. Server took about 7 minutes to come to the table after we were seated and it wasn't busy. I had nachos and the chips are bland and they didn't layer the cheese so I was quickly left with just boring tasteless chips. Where there was cheese it was plastered with jalapeños (too many). Had some wings and they tasted off so they removed them from the bill and the calamari was bland. Altogether we were quickly reminded why we stopped coming here about 5 years ago. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere.

Had a great time, food was excellent. There were a couple mishaps in the kitchen but Brittany was on top of things and went above and beyond to make sure we were doing alright and weren't left in the dark. I really appreciate when a place is crazy busy but the staff can rise above and roll with it and not appear stressed out. It makes for a much more enjoyable evening. We have visited this location a half dozen times since moving here. We have become so disappointing vs. our experience at other BP's in other towns, we haven't been for months. Their pop tastes gross (but most of kamloops pop does for some reason), service is....meh....., and their food.... well....its simply recipes like all other BP's that need to be executed properly, nothing about the food prep stood out or came to on par with other good locations. the last time I also ate there, I also got charged for something I never received, took 5 minutes of me standing there only to partially of what I paid for it - wow, shows you the young managing - its best to loose a few cents and correct your mistake ASAP than to drag something out for an annoying period and short change someone who was in the right.

So I order a small 10 inch thin crust pizza, but when they bring it to my table it was an 8 inch pizza.. me: why?!! Manager chattel: "Because I ordered the thin crust" they have to use the individual pizza dough and stretch it out to a ten inch.. me: but its inly an 8 inches pizza.. Manager: yes well thats because "sometimes it snaps back to its original size. Me: WhaT!!! Well, there was absolutely no changing her mind to the fact that they just charged me for a small pizza rather then the individual size it clearly was!!!! What a scam!!

The 'to-go' always has something wrong with it. Either I'm missing something I ordered, or it was made wrong, missing cutlery or, more often, the dip or juice is all over the bottom of the delivery bag. This is the the third time, though I got soggy au-jus fries instead of a soggy sandwich; I spoke with a woman who assured me it would be remade and sent out. It never came. Again, this is not the first time this has happened. Maybe the in-house service is better, as far as I'm convinced given past experiences, the to go/delivery is a complete write off.

Went for dinner, was ignored by the waitress, while she attended to her friends at the next table. Total dinner service took 2 hours, in an empty bar, with us having to get up and get our own check and find another waitress to bag our food! Pretty quiet night, good service seemed a given. The kitchen however was horrible, after being told that steaks were frozen, my first thought being (wow, not fresh!?) Decided on a chicken ceaser salad, while my daughter's salad was ok, my chicken was crusty and hard, like also, not fresh, probably nuked, after mention of it and leaving some of it on the plate for the server to show the chef, nothing was done to make it right. This is not my first bad experience with BP, they seem to have gotten horrible over the last few years. Everything is flash cooked from frozen portions. Very sad, will not be back.

And each and every time that red and blue sign catches the corner of my eye I have to fight the urge to duck inside for a Boston sized pint of ice cold Canadian. For the next 8 hours at work I dream about Boston Brutes floating in the sky, and fried calamari singing in my ears, longing for the hour when I can return to my favourite barstool, chat with my favourite waitresses, and bask under those bright neon signs. Ordered food for takeout and asked for some modifications to a dish to make it work for my dietary restrictions while on a road trip. The monstrosity of a sandwich that I ended up with was impossible to eat. So little care went into it that they didn’t even cut the sandwich in half, it was just one long bun, soggy with an excessive amount of sauce and a piece of chicken that didn’t fit at all (I had to rip it with my fingers because we were given no cutlery). No ketchup either, just to top things off.

On August 17, 2019 my husband and I stopped here to grab some to go food as we were driving through Kamloops on our way home to Calgary. We had our two dogs with us. I didn't get the girls name, but her operator number on our receipt is 83. She told my husband that we could sit on the Patio with our dogs to enjoy our meal. The food was amazing and our server was incredible. She is such a caring and kind person. I just wanted to give her a shout out. Thank you again for caring

Ordered a take out of appies. Calamari was actually squid swimming in rancid oil. Baked chicken wings were not baked well and spinach dip was good except the bread that comes with was overbaked and hard to eat. Very expensive appies and taste was terrible. Boston Pizza use to be one of the better chain restaurants, but have recently changed the recipes and ingredients. Food is now bland and my chicken was cooked to death. Chicken wings were also about half the size they use to be and again was overcooked. Service and atmosphere is ok, but don't go for the food anymore.

Until about 2 years ago food and service was really good. Then the prices went up, quality and services went down ....... Now it goes downhill all the time. The day before yesterday the worst food ever was served. Rips with no taste, no sauce or glaze (whiskey BBQ), liquid mashed potatoes, slices of carrots with indefinable taste (are probably lying around for days), and the garlic bread was soggy and wet. Paid the management so bad wages for the employees that the customers have to suffer. I think the time of Boston Pizza is over, you can not expect that from guests.

Have you ever walked into an establishment and felt like you have come home? This is how the Kamloops Boston pizza feels to me. It’s a snug piece of paradise In fact, it’s better than home. Here I have no responsibility, no wife wanting me to rub her feet, no kids asking me to cut the crust off their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. All I need to worry about it watching the canucks lose at hockey, putting down a nice cold Boston sized molson, and whether or not I want a large or extra large Great white North pizza. (Jk it’s always extra large!)

We ordered the food for our room and the driver wouldn’t bring it to the room but I had to go downstairs in the lobby to get food (while everyone else is delivering to the room) and they charge full price for the delivery. The potato chips were super soggy and non eatable at all. The pink sauce was spicy like fire. The ribs were good but I’ll never order there again. And no, not recommended

The service here has been gradually slipping over the past year. The last night we went there, a server was dropping F bombs(cursing really bad) in front of my 7 year old son. I had to speak to the manager to remind him(the other server) that the counter doesn't stop the sound. The manager, although apologetic didn't do much about it. She was also our server and despite that the food was slow, the drinks weren't refilled, we weren't offered the desert that comes with our sons dinner and when we inquired about it, they didn't even have the ice cream and topping to make it. As if that wasn't enough, the same server (manager) threw my sons left over pizza out instead of boxing it as a take away as we asked.. Gotta say, that was the last straw. Eating out is expensive and leaving a place disappointed repeatedly just isn't acceptable. This Boston Pizza should be doing a much better job.

A few months ago I had my daughters birthday party here, and i gotta say the service was fantastic. the staff entertained the kids while us old folks slugged down several boston pizza sized molsons and watched the curling. the experience was so good that everytime i go back i walk into the back party room to see all the kids running around and having fun and i watch them have all the fun and it brightens my day. The waitresses all know me and my usual order and i dont even have to ask to go into the back room anymore to hang out with the kids. i encourage others to also book birthday parties here in the back room and let kids have fun.

Used to really enjoy this location but over the past few years has gone downhill. The other night, we stopped in for a quick late dinner. Some of the staff was sitting at a table in the corner. The server that was looking after our section, was sitting there as well. The bartender had to take care of us. The table of what appeared to be staff, was super loud and obnoxious. I simply got up and moved to a different table in a different section. Just one example of how this location is falling apart. In the past it has been looking run down and dirty but I did notice that evening, the overall appearance may have been better. A restaurant requires a great atmosphere, not only good food and service. Just sayin.

Came here hoping to have the classic French onion soup that I always have at Boston Pizza and it wasn't even on the menu anymore. Also, our table had a bright, blinding WHITE light whereas most of the other tables had a warm yellow light. I felt like I needed to wear sunglasses. Disappointed. Edit: on the plus side, the food was pretty decent. Cactus cut potatoes delicious as always.

We've been long-standing customers of this boston pizza. We order from them frequently, and always enjoy our meals. Unfortunately after tonight I will not be giving this store our business again. We placed an order online, and received a phone call shortly after stating it would take about an hour to deliver. We were fine with that. About an hour and a half later we decided to call back to check, and were told by the hostess our order was cancelled and we were then transferred to a manager. We were then blatantly lied to BY THE MANAGER regarding our order. They regurgitated our order, address, and phone number and stated we had called back to cancel our order stating we had a "family emergency". They refused to believe that perhaps there was an error on their end, and stated they could get us our order in an hour and a half with no compensation. So 3 hours later.. No thank you. I can ensure you that no one called them to cancel. They were entiry frustrating and did not deal with the situation very well

We held my fathers wake at this Boston Pizza and it was the perfect venue. The cactus cuts were always Papa’s favourite. The staff were incredibly helpful cleaning up when his ashes fell off the table and even saved what they could! I’m sure Papa was sitting there with me cranking back a Boston sized Molson Canadian. Would highly recommend this location for any and all services!

Sunday lunch time, no crowd, two hours in and out :o food was acceptable but not great. They brought out three plates, waited five minutes, brought another two and then five minutes later brought the last two? The two year olds food was in in the third shift so mine and my husband's food sat getting cold on our table so we weren't sitting there eating while our toddler cried because she was hungry.

So we decided to have dinner here Sunday evening. Unfortunately we were both disappointed. Our server however, was simply awesome. The meal was not great. A few pieces of broccoli on each of our plates that had turned brown on the bottom of the stem and only two thin slices of carrot on mine.They must have been running low on fries as well as I could see my plate through the 15 or so that were spread out to make it look like more. My wife's salad took up most of her plate and was probably the best thing. The chicken was slightly overcooked as well. Sorry for this, I usually give accolades to staff and meals, however this was truly an unpleasant meal. The seats looked like they needed cleaning and the booth we were seated at could use some fresh paint as well. Star is for staff

i wouldnt take too much stock in my brother Ken's 1-star review, he's always been a bit of a stick in the mud. He was in a bit of a sour mood that night, we were having our family reunion at boston pizza and he kept shoving his plate of spaghetti into our cousin Darla's face saying he wanted to "lady and the tramp" with her but she wasnt having it. anyways what a hoot, the service was fantastic and its a great place to host a get together with your friends or family and the big "boston size" pints of beer are a nice touch. In our family we always say the BP in boston pizza stands for BIG PARTY!!! cheers

Dinner was fanatastic! It was good to be able to dine in again and order my favorites. I ordered pizza with wings to share and they were both hot and tasty. Our server was very bubbly, nice, and attentive. I only docked one star because even though it was light outside it seemed like nightime inside (more like a bar than a family setting). In comparison, I enjoy the atmosphere in the William's Lake B.P. location more now that they've updated the restaurant's interior including increased daylight near widow seating and bright colored painted walls. I feel like Norm from Cheers every time I walk into this place - always greeted by the warm smiles of the staff. I’m here every Saturday night to watch Hockey Night in Canada up on the big screens. The only thing that could make it better is if they brought Don Cherry back on the TV so I could share a bowl of baked penne with my buddy Grapes. If only Brad Treliving knew how to run a business like his old man Jim then the flames might have a chance bringing the cup back to Cowtown. Refused to allow my 10 year old to go in and use the bathroom without a vaccine passport as we were waiting for a takeout order. They also said they would deny any adults the use of the bathroom without a passport. Not to enter and sit at a table and eat, but the human decency of using a bathroom for a human need that may not wait to find another bathroom. Yet none of the staff need to have the vaccine to work there but do not let anyone use the bathroom.

Ordered for pick up this evening as we were coming into the city...lovely polite fellow on the phone met me at the door and had our order ready promptly. We were long gone when I discovered there was no cutlery or napkins included, and we ended up having to share an abandoned fork from our console, to eat our delicious supper. -Ordered food for delivery through Skip The dishes. When we phoned to complain that the artichoke dip was burned to the tin container and that the onion soup was no where near a bowl ( it came in 2 containers ,one with very little soup and the other with soggy burned bread) When I phoned to Discuss the burnt food the "so called Manager" said I needed to contact Skip the Dishes ---I am pretty sure Skip the dishes did not burn the dip or short pour the soup- We actually go quite often and never have complaints, but due to a surgery we had to order in.. To day changes my opinion of Boston Pizza. .It will take a lot for me to go back
