I've had facial hair laser from a place in Ottawa and didnt go back because of a rude technician so I decided to see Dr. Charbonneau and get my laser hair removal done with his staff. I've gone 6 times now and not only are the treatments working well, but his staff has all been top notch, very friendly and polite! I've also gotten scar treatments and am loving the results. Thank you so much everyone at the office and I will always refer you for anyone looking for any of your provided services!!
