I was looking for a trustworthy dentist that speaks English in the Hull area. I saw the reviews of Dr. Moustafa and made an appointment. It has been a lovely experience, starting by their lovely, welcoming and fully bilingual receptionist who also is very kind. Dr. Moustafa is great, listens to your concerns, guides you to the process and has time to answer your questions. Their equipment is very new and space is clean. Right now, we're working on an issue that has not been solved by others in the past and Dr. Moustafa took a shot and I can't believe the preliminary results!

It was unprofessional at all. The second time around, 4 x-rays of my teeth were taken. Oh yoyoy, the radiation exposure. We did not know how to make images clear enough. I picked up my dental plaque and we didn't know how to fix it. I went to another dentist for this. I am called in early March 2021 to tell me that I need to pick up an amount for a refund. I paid for my dental plaque in early December 2020. I said I'm surprised to be called 4 months later. I'm told that if I want a check, I have to be charged for the Mastercard fees, and I'm lucky to even get a call. Being as dishonest and in bad faith as that and making the customer pay the 2. something from%, when it is the firm's fault, there is a problem of responsibility and ethics. J'ai demande pourquoi et on m'a dit "parce que c'est samedi et toutes les garderies sont fermees". Ce n'etait pas professionnel du tout. La deuxieme fois, 4 radiographies de mes dents ont ete prises. Oh yoyoy, l'exposition a la radiation. On ne savait pas comment faire des images assez claires. J'ai ramasse ma plaque dentaire et on ne savait pas comment la regler. Je suis allee chez un autre dentiste pour ceci. On m'appelle au debut mars 2021 pour me dire que je dois ramasser un montant pour un remboursement. J'ai paye pour ma plaque dentaire en debut decembre 2020. J'ai dit que je suis surprise qu'on m'appelle 4 mois plus tard. On me dit que si je veux un cheque, on doit me charger pour les frais de Mastercard, et je suis chanceuse de meme avoir recu un appel. Etre aussi malhonnetre et de mauvaise foi que cela et faire le client payer le 2 . quelquechose de %, quand c'est la faute du cabinet, il y a un probleme de responsabilite et d'ethique.

Going to a dentist wasn’t an idea that makes me comfortable untill a friend of mine recommended Dr. Moustafa. Although she looks very young but she is amazing. She spent the time listening to my problems, Gave me different options to treat my teeth and the results were amazing. Next visit I took my kids they were very happy specially after taking a nice big gift. The clinic has nice warm atmosphere and the team is very friendly. Thank you guys.
