Dr. Gagnon is my neuro and I love him to pieces. Great doctor with a great bedside manner unlike many neuros I have had in the past. As for the waiting period? Time does seem to be longer. No big deal. It's a clinic and Beautiful one at that. Nothing new in waiting. Once in his office he always takes the time needed.

I'm lucky I did, because Dr. Hallé lied in his expert report to favor the employer. I was lucky that I had the idea of recording this individual, because I now have audio evidence against the employer and Dr. Hallé. Personally, I have had a really good experience at the clinique. They are knowledgable, well equipped and offer a great amount of ressources. Yes, you might wait 30-45 minutes for your appointment - its to be expected in health care. Bring a book to read, a list of any pertinent information for the doctor and questions if you have some. Highly recommend!

I had been to this clinic 3 times now, and every time I had a bad experience. One of the doctors was completely incompetent, didn't check my x-rays and was giving me a consultation based on nothing. The other two times I waited to be seen for over an hour and a half and this time I actually left before being seen because I had to pick up my kids. This is beyond disrespectful. They performed some tests on me last year and I'm still having trouble getting the results from them. My amazing family doctor has been trying to help, but this place is the worst clinic I've ever encountered.

My wife sees Dr. Jacques for a clinical trial treatment. We visit the Clinique every 2 weeks for the treatment. Dr. Jacques' immunotherapy clinical study is one of a kind and we were thankful to be accepted when my wife applied. His capability to reassure is professional and thoughtful. Nurse Victorine, nurse Nathalie and other nurses are professional, kind, and resourceful. The front desk staff are friendly. The facility is modern and clean.

This clinic is new and quite impressive. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and polite. I have been a patient of one of the neurologists here for almost 30 years, and I must say this is the best looking and well run office they have had.
