À 13h23, un groupe de trois personnes est entré et ce groupe a bel et bien été reçu par la réceptionniste. Ces personnes étaient venues aussi pour un test PCR. À cet instant-là, je me suis mis debout parce que je voyais une injustice se passer devant mes yeux, et le comble est que cela me concernait. À 13h25, une autre personne est entrée et la deuxième employée de la clinique qui a son poste de travail un peu en arrière dans la salle d’accueil est venue la recevoir en lui posant des questions concernant le motif de sa visite. Il était aussi là pour un test PCR. Quand elle a fini de discuter avec le monsieur, je lui ai faite savoir que j’étais aussi là pour le même test, mon rendez-vous était pour 13h et que j’étais arrivé depuis 12h54. Sa réponse était qu’elle ne pouvait pas savoir qui est arrivé avant qui. Elle me voyait pourtant assis seul non loin du poste de sa collègue pendant qu’elle venait échanger avec cette dernière. Je lui ai répondu qu’elle pouvait confirmer cela avec sa collègue qui était proche de nous. Mais bon, j’ai vu qu’elle aussi ne s’en foutait pas mal de ma présence. Trois minutes après, cette deuxième employée m’a fait remplir le formulaire d’enregistrement, et après les trois autres minutes qui ont suivis elle m’adressa la parole pour le payement des 199$. La manière de communiquer restait à désirer. En bout de ligne, une infirmière dont j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme, est venue me chercher pour le test. Le tout nous a pris quatre minutes. Je me suis posé la question de savoir ce qui pouvait motiver cette réceptionniste et sa collègue en arrière, à adopter de telles attitudes à mon égard. Certainement que la couleur de ma peau était invisible à leurs yeux ou cela ne nécessitait pas de la considération pour elles.

I had to go to a private medical clinic because I do not have a family Dr. and so cannot get an appointment within 100km in Quebec... Believe me I've been trying. I booked an appointment on Friday, was seen on Wednesday of the next week, with no delays, no nonsense, it was great. The receptionist was polite, friendly and perfectly bilingual. The Dr. herself was professional and friendly and the appointment was a perfect mix of seriousness and friendly conversation. I should remind people that this is a private clinic and therefore it's not cheap, but I would absolutely recommend it anyone who needs to be seen, without waiting 10 hours in a chair.

This is a terrible clinic I went there for a physical and get a lump checked on my elbow paid them $700 and when I went to get ultrasound and got my results I had passed the results to the doctor that examined me to find out what I need to do to get rid of this lump or what it even was . I waited three days and never got a call back so I called them twice to speak to the doctor when they told me they would pass the message to here . It’s been three weeks and still haven’t heard anything the the doctor or clinic. I had to contact another doctor and pay again to find out what it was and what to do adopt it . I wound not recommend this client first of all they are way too expensive for the horrible service you get and if it was something serious like cancer the longer you wait the worse it is .

The woman who did my radiology test told me that the clinic would receive the result within two days. on Dec 20, 2021 I was told that the radiology test result was already delivered to the clinic, and front desk receptionist told me that the doctor would call you.
