This is Quebec, so you take what you can get, in terms of a family physician. Dr. Aube is very kind and responsive. I just wish the staff of the Clinique were nicer. I have to mentally prepare myself to telephone for an appointment, because they are intimidating. The overwhelming sense I get from members of the staff is that they would really rather I hadn't called and would prefer I never called again. Upon arrival in the clinic, it is possibly worse. Hidden behind bullet proof glass like this were a cheque cashing service, they disdain us for not understanding their French muttering above the noise of the waiting room. Certainly, this clinic promotes good health insofar as I desperately want to avoid seeking health care in this setting.

Dr. Somyk is a very good doctor however, probably overworked and/or too busy, & with combination of passing info/documents back & forth with the clerical staff, it's enough to make patience sicker at times fcol! ????????☠ And forget reaching them by phone, or now email.
