The doctor I go to is fabulous but the front counter is awful. When calling I find the staff seem to be conducting triage and not offering emergency appointments to me when I know I can't wait for 3 weeks for an appointment. That is NOT THEIR JOB. They don't volunteer information and they contradict previous instructions. For instance recently they advised me to call in a specific week to discuss a test result and when I called as instructed they offered me a date more than 3weeks later. I had to push to get info on emergency appointments and then I was told to call back AGAIN, 1 more week later.

They are professional. I am an English speaking woman. They treat me with respect. Wonderful environment. I agree, it has gotten so much better since they changed the receptionist.

clinique barely deserves 0.25 of a star. horrible receptionist service, that is if you even get to speak to one. Almost impossible to get an appointment with your doctor. phone access: pure headache. pay the 50$ and go to Ottawa, avoid this clinique if you can

Receptionists NEVER answer their stupid phones. I have been calling during the apropriate hours for months and have never gotten an answer. When face to face, they are rude and unhelpful.

I have to be honest. Since they changed the two receptionist in front, this clinic is a charm. They are smiling now, welcoming and helping when you need help. The doctors in this clinic are all competent and my family doctor in this clinic is the best I ever had. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Don't look at the reviews that are more than 6 months, things have changed for the better in this place.

(Translated) I forgot my sun card because I had to take it out of my wallet to make the appointment. The receptionist tells me that she has the info in the system ... I already had to come to see a doctor on weekends (with my card!). I offered to show her another ID card with my photo (pure common sense) ... But she MUST see the plastic sun card because that's what her boss told her. I thought we had reached the XXI century !!! I pay enough taxes to have to pay $ 50 more for a consultation in Quebec. What a shame! The RAMQ should give alternatives in the event that a patient forgets their sun card. At the end the receptionist explained the situation to the doctor and she saw me. But the Régie's "rule" remains ... Who should we contact to change this nonsense? (Original) J'ai oublié ma carte soleil car j'ai dû la sortir de mon portefeuille pour faire le rendez-vous. La réceptionniste me dit qu'elle a l'info dans le système... J'ai déjà dû venir voir un médecin le week-end (avec ma carte!). Je lui ai offert de lui montrer une autre carte d'identité avec ma photo (pure common sense)... Mais elle DOIT voir la carte soleil en plastique car c'est ça que sa patrone lui a dit. Je pensais qu'on était rendu au XXI siècle!!! Je paie assez d'impôts pour devoir payer $ 50 de plus pour une consultation au Québec. Quelle honte! La RAMQ devrait donner des alternatives au cas où un patient oublie sa carte soleil. À la fin la réceptionniste a expliqué la situation au médecin et celle-ci m'a vu. Mais la "règle" de la Régie reste... À qui doit-on s'adresser pour changer ce non-sens ?
